Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lincoln Beach

This is the second time we've stayed in Chris's home. This unit is completely stocked with everything you would need for cooking and comfortable bedding. We saw whales right in front of the unit. Once again, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will definitely be back again.

My husband and I enjoyed 7 days in our new favorite vacation rental. We were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and peaceful the home was. It was also very clean. The location at the end of the block with views of Siletz Bay was outstanding! The well-stocked kitchen was easy to cook in. There is also a gas barbecue on the deck. Complimentary coffee and a variety of teas and snacks were a special treat. We relaxed on the deck and had fun watching the seagulls, herons and other birds at the bay. We are already talking about our next stay and can hardly wait for that day!!!!!

Dee’s place was a great weekend getaway for my friends and family. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms spacious, and of course the scenery was spectacular. Dee was also very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place near enough to the beach to walk. Super easy check in and check out. The only small inconvenience is the cover for the hot tub doesn’t have a place to sit once you take it off, making balancing it a little awkward.

Beautiful and well cared for home, with no detail spared! Ashley has created an oasis in a quaint A-Frame that made me smile the whole time I was there. Walkable beach access was critical for us and we enjoyed the tide pools each morning. The hot tub and sauna were in very good condition and we would have loved to stay longer if we could. The downstairs bedroom is a trundle bed which is very snug in there for two, but worked out for my kids. The upstairs bedroom is lovely but does have a large window that is not covered, so best to bring an eye mask if light sensitive when sleeping. Quick and simple checkout. Perfect getaway for us!

Absolutely stunning location. It was so peaceful to have a cup of coffee on the porch looking out over the water in the morning. Great kitchen for cooking and open floor plan that worked well for six adults. Kayaks were available with a boat launch down the road but know that there is not direct water access from the home. Great restaurants and beach access within close driving distance. Impressive home that I would stay at again. Loved that it was dog friendly too!

This place was like home away from home. The dog fenced in area is a game changer when traveling with dogs!!! Clean, quiet and peaceful! I’ll be back!

Very nice place to stay. Used hot tub on upper floor, wonderful view, somewhat of a hike, if any problems with walking, but we managed even with bad knees. Would definitely stay again. Great location.

We stayed in Unit 12 on the second floor. The huge, attached patio had a wonderful view of the ocean even though there were other houses nearby. The floor plan was very spacious and comfortably furnished for our party of four (+dog). The kitchen had everything we needed. Lisa was available and on site for anything we needed. The whole place was clean and comfortable. I would say the only drawbacks would be there was only one bathroom and the closest beach access was a little challenging for someone who might not be in great shape. Although, there was easier beach access on the next street over which was a pleasant enough stroll. All in all, we had a wonderful time at Beachcombers… we really felt at home which made our vacation especially relaxing.

The listing was a good one and it is a sizable twp bedroom, two bath with lots of space and high vaulted ceilings. One of the guest that was in my group mentioned the pictures does not fully show the size of the place - looked smaller in the posted pictures. There are 4 short flight of steps that zig-zag from the main entrance to reach the actual apartment - so this would not be ideal for folks who have difficulty climbing steps. Overall a nice place that is 2 minutes walking to the beach.

This little cottage was perfect for my husband and I and our doggo. Great location, private, quiet, walkable to so many restaurants, and just down the street from the beach! Check-in and check-out was easy. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. I very much enjoyed a relaxing birthday “weekend” getaway with my little family. So thank you for the hospitality! For those driving larger vehicles…Parking is tight. Tighter if the lot is full. We drive a Toyota Tundra and found it much easier to back in to Cottage E’s stall. The grassy area in the center of the lot is wonderful for doggie pottying! However we did find ourselves having to drive on the curb a bit to maneuver around the lot. Bigger vehicles might find street parking to be easier.

This place has a spectacular view! Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked! The hottub overlooking the ocean was just what my mom needed to unwind! we absolutely loved this place and would definitely stay again!

The stay went great. We spent most the time at the beach but being able to come back to house that felt relaxing made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice little 1 bed condo. Located on the 1st floor so you don't have to climb up any stairs. Lovely little balcony where you can sit and enjoy the little stream that runs along the complex. Walking distance to the Cafe at Hawk Creek with wonderful food. There is also a little store nearby or other necessities. It was nice and quiet and very peaceful.

We added 2 extra days to our stay!! The view is beautiful and the beds are comfortable. We liked the low fully enclosed balcony and how it was higher off the ground for a ground floor unit. Possibly 2 feet high. Would work nice for those with young children for safety. We kept the windows open to allow airflow with no AC and felt safe due to the patio being enclosed as well. Some of the other ground floor units are walk out patios and I would not have liked that. Jeannine gifted a bottle of wine and left some great suggestions that we appreciated. The condo has everything you need with many extras in the pantry and front closet. I was pleasantly surprised. It took a few days to spot a whale, but the included binoculars and telescope in the condo was very helpful when we finally did. Pro tip, watch for all the tour boats to gather in one area, it means something has been spotted. Great tide pooling at Fogarty beach(2 miles up the road)during low tide even without a negative low tide

We had a wonderful stay in Neskowin—our second time in this rental, and it was just as perfect as we remembered. The home was clean, cozy, and right on the beach. Morning coffee on the deck, with the ocean in view and the sound of waves crashing, was pure bliss. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. Peaceful location, beautiful surroundings, and great communication with the host—we’d love to come back again!

This is our second time staying at Lynn’s place and we just love it there. Lynn is always so kind and responsive when we’ve reached out with questions. Her beautiful space is just the perfect spot for families with young kids. The building has easy beach access from the backyard, with a rinse station and a toy box full of sand toys to borrow. And the bay is just a quieter calmer place for little kids to play. The main bedroom has the bed you see in the listing, and also a foldout double bed - which we love because we all just end of sleeping in the same room. And there is a latch up high on the front door to make it harder for little kids to escape. It’s walkable to a really nice coffee shop, and the food truck place (the pines). It’s also located on the end of town that is really close to Depot Bay, which we prefer as like a cute place to wander around. And super close to Pelican Brewery. It looks exactly like the listing and is designed just beautifully, it’s a gem.

there were a lot of little things that a lot of other places don't provide, coffee pods, creamer, salt and pepper, saran wrap, cooking oil etc.....I could go on and on. The little things make a huge difference.

Everything you need and then some. Love the split level—especially when traveling with two families. It’s nice to be together, but also have your own space. Also, so thoughtful to have items for the pups. This is walking distance of where our family crabs so it was the perfect location too!

This was our third time staying here and it was just as great as the first. We already booked it again for next year! The access to the beach, and the view from the sliding door are probably two of the best things about this place. It feels like home every time we visit. Great host, always quick to respond if we ever need anything(which we don'). We always have a wonderful time.

Enjoyed my stay! The condo was very clean and a good location with a nice view. Be aware there is road noise. I'm accustomed to road noise so it didn't bother me but maybe not the best pick if you're very sensitive to noise.
