Our cozy coastal condo is a relaxing retreat. You can be as busy or as lazy as you’d like. Some visits we just sit back, relax and enjoy the view. Other times we take long walks, chat with those clamming or crabbing right off of the shore. Our favorite place for cocktails and live entertainment is just a 3 minute walk around the corner, The Snug Harbor. We hope you enjoy this little slice of paradise as much as we do!!! ***Please note that our condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

From the backyard, you will see eagles, osprey, otters, and the occasional seal. Chill out by the fire pit overlooking the water, or take a soak in the hot tub and star gaze! There is no light pollution, so on a clear night, frequent shooting stars can be seen! Feel free to say hello to our Kitty, Coco! She may be around hanging out.

Cozy little Christmas right on the coast. This was the perfect spot for our little family to escape for a simple Christmas together. The fireplace completed the ambiance. Everything was very clean, including the hot tub and you could not ask for a better view or easier access to the beach! The kitchen was mostly well stocked but do any inventory if you’re planning to use the oven much. The only negative was the light outside the 1st bedroom window made it hard to stay asleep, despite shades and blinds to attempt block it out. All-in-all a beautiful, cozy space, just a few minutes drive from great restaurants and shops though comfortable enough to be happy staying in, walks on the beach, sunset drinks on the deck, and soaks in the hot tub.

Everything you need and then some. Love the split level—especially when traveling with two families. It’s nice to be together, but also have your own space. Also, so thoughtful to have items for the pups. This is walking distance of where our family crabs so it was the perfect location too!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home was beautiful, private, and offered plenty of activities to enjoy. The hosts were incredibly flexible and accommodating, which made our experience even better. The river nearby was stunning, and the beach wasn’t too far either. Even the drive to and from the property was scenic. I highly recommend staying here! We’ll be back.

We had a wonderful stay. It was a very spontaneous trip (booked and arrived at location same day and late at night) and we could not feel luckier. It was the exact getaway we needed. The hosts were wonderful and flexible, nothing but good things to say. We will be back!

We loved staying in Kristin’s beautiful home. The neighborhood was so peaceful and quaint. We enjoyed being able to walk to the little playground and beach to hunt for rocks and watch the sunset. We even saw a baby fawn on our morning walk. The house was clean, comfortable, and had so many fun toys and garage games for us to use during our stay. Kristin is an excellent host, checking in on us during our stay and quickly responding to questions. We would highly recommend!

Somehow we ended up finding this gem last minute, and it did not disappoint! The place was stocked with everything you need — especially for a family like ours traveling with young kids. Quiet community, amazing views of the beach, and lots of great places to check out nearby! Would love to stay here again.
