Very nice chalet, clean, well equipped. Separate toilets are very nice. Air conditioning too because, as soon as the sun is sunshine, it's hot. Very large terrace allowing to eat comfortably while having the laundry drying and we can still circulate (we were 1 couple with 3 young children)! Very nice pool with space for children and hot tub/bubbles weather every hour. Quiet residence and wooded residence. We had a lovely week!

Kevin is a very responsive and accommodating host, we arrived late and he waited for us, in addition he accommodated us by providing a travel cot. The accommodation is great, especially the terrace and jacuzzi, the air conditioning is a real plus. If you want to be picky, there are no curtains in the bedrooms for the light and a small barbecue but really it's great. We will not hesitate to come back

Great house within walking distance to the center and the beach. Violette is a very attentive and very kind host. We had a great time with my son and our dog (very suitable accommodation for animals). You can leave the car and do the rest on foot. Very comfortable bedding. I recommend it without hesitating. Our stay at Alice's house went very well. Ideally located between land, sea and mountains, we were able to enjoy the beautiful region and all it has to offer. Alice was a welcoming and caring host. Communication was fluid and precise. The accommodation is timeless, in a good way! We were able to disconnect from everyday life by enjoying the calm offered, the beautiful weather and the good smells of garrigue. Many quality artisans all around in the surrounding villages. Beautiful cottage, very well equipped in a surprising and peaceful place, surrounded by vineyards overlooking Mont Saint Clair and the Etang de Thau. Great value for money. We recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay: a very well-equipped, "lively" apartment since rented part of the time but also regularly inhabited by its owners, a very studied "sea" decor, a quiet residence, close to all amenities: very large beaches, allowed dogs for some, shops, Luna-Park, karting... An ideal stop to discover the Thau pond, its unspoiled nature, by bike if necessary, its fishing villages and shellfish producers, Sète, etc. Listening hostesses, responsive, very pleasant during our exchanges. We highly recommend this rental and plan to come back to continue our discovery of the region!

We booked at the very last minute, and that wasn't a problem in Kenza. She was always responsive despite our time constraints and changes. As for the accommodation, it is clean and functional. Special mention for location. We were able to shop across the street, and get to the beach in the same way. ( very convenient with kids ). In conclusion, we had a great time 😊

We had a hit ♥ for the listing from the photos and we were not disappointed. Véronique informed us well since we exceeded one person the maximum capacity but understandable host with good recommendation. Small secluded estate so it absolutely needs a vehicle, we are close to Sète, Marseillan and Agde. Very pleasant stay, quiet subdivision, top caretaker as well as residents, clean and accessible pool. The air conditioning is a real plus in the accommodation with the high temperatures of the area. Well-equipped accommodation (electric barbecue, dishwasher, coffee machine, board games available...) There is only one small downside but we do not remove a star on that it is the third bedroom the beds squeak a little and are not comfortable... But otherwise the top master bedroom as well as the second bedroom.

Cottage in a quiet green setting, it feels like home. There's nothing missing dishwasher washing machine. The bedding is of extreme quality with the ensuite bathroom for each bedroom. You can book without so much!!!
