Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Le Grau-du-Roi

The location was 15 minutes drive from Arles town centre. The Loft was clean on arrival and the host provided all necessary utensils, linen, towels and a "starter kit" (eg. toilet paper, soap, shampoo, BBQ charcoal and lighter, etc). Access to the Loft was timely and by security Key Code, making it flexible to enter on late arrival. Pool and gardens were well maintained. Baby cot and high-chair were supplied. Florence, our concierge, was very helpful and proactive in answering all our questions in advance. Instructions for arrival and departure were clear and timely.

We highly recommend the house! The communication with Kevin was very straightforward and friendly. The house was very clean and had a great atmosphere! We loved the tranquility and had everything we needed! The area is very well maintained, safe and everything can be reached in a short time.

This fisherman's hut is a peaceful oasis, a cozy little cocoon. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance: the sea, the city center, shops… The accommodation is very clean and very well equipped. The small terrace with its summer kitchen allows you to share convivial moments. Everything is designed to be enjoyed while recharging. Thank you Francoise for hosting us.

Florent's property is a small 3 floor self-contained house with well equipped and modern fittings throughout. The top floor could be a reading room or study and it opens out to a rooftop terrace overlooking a very pleasing view of tiled roofs, trees and the nearby cathedral. The little street is very quiet but within a few minutes walking distance of bustling squares and narrow old-town streets full of bars and restaurants. There is a tram stop (Lines 1 and 4) 2 minutes away which will connect you to wherever you might want to visit in the city. It's good to have a whole house rather than an apartment in a building shared with other tenants or visitors. The place has a relaxing feel and all creature comforts are catered for. Florent was always responsive - he replied to my queries within minutes.

We had a great time in Palavas! The welcome was very warm, our host was extremely responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The accommodation is as described: clean, well-equipped, nothing is missing. The immediate proximity to the beach is a real plus, it is the ideal location to fully enjoy the sea and the surroundings. I recently stayed at a cozy and pleasant Airbnb, and my experience was most charming. The warm atmosphere and tasteful decor created a perfect setting for a relaxing stay. The space was clean, well appointed with all the essentials to feel at home.

A superb place to stay! Easy check-in process. The space was clean and modern. Very quiet, too. Great balcony facing the sea-morning coffee was great! Very easy walk across the street to the beach. Super close to tons of very good restaurants. Found a wine festival at Levant Park the last night we were there. Perfect ending to a very relaxing stay at Arezki's place.

We stayed here as a family of five for a week. An amazing apartment which looks exactly the same as in the photos. Amaury was a fabulous host who was super quick to respond and help. The location is fabulous with a great view of the Arènes. The stand out star of this apartment, is the terrace. Fabulous in the morning for a relaxing coffee and equally good for evening cocktails! A couple of points to note is that there is one toilet and that the only shower is accessed through one of the bedrooms. There is however a lovely bath in the other bathroom. We would highly recommend this place!

The balcony is also very nice, and perfectly oriented to enjoy it without suffering from stifling heat. The private parking space allows you to stay calm throughout the stay: park the car and do everything on foot! Very quiet residence at this time, just before the big summer season. Everything was perfect! I would definitely recommend this place, you won't be disappointed!

What a beautiful surprise when opening the door with this beautiful sea view. The accommodation is very nice, tastefully decorated and furnished. The bedding is very comfortable! And what could be nicer than being a short walk to the beach?! Very convenient with kids! I highly recommend this place.

Corine and her husband were very kind and welcoming. Their home, in addition to being in a very charming place, is cozy and well-kept. Very clean and with everything you need. It was one of the vacation homes I've stayed in where I felt best. A place I'd go back to. I recommend it!

There is enough to cook and a beautiful terrace for relaxing evenings. We will keep this address for our weekends at the sea.

A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.
