A beautiful 2226 sf., split floor plan home. The furnishings are a comfy combo of antiques & modern. Enter through an 8ft. glass front door, or directly from the garage. Fun on the lake in summer or access to golf courses in fall/winter. Room to park 2 cars/boats/RVs and plenty of space inside to enjoy. Keypad entry. Fantastic Rental In Lake Havasu with a large Private Pool with waterfall (Not heated for winter months), Volleyball Court with brand new crystal white beach sand, and built in back yard BBQ area with patio and outdoor TV and refrigerator. This house has outdoor cameras; they are only checked in emergencies and used for plant health monitoring.
