Vacation rentals with lake access in Lake Havasu City

I would definitely recommend Brittany's home to anyone traveling to Lake Havasu. Brittany was very responsive and friendly. Her home was immaculate and clean. It's very quiet at night which makes sleeping wonderful. I felt right at home. Super cozy. New washer and dryer which came in handy. Kitchen has the basics, but it worked for us. And no crazy rules or lots of cameras which also helped to make us feel comfortable staying there. Great location with grocery store and coffee nearby. Just 15 minutes to London Bridge and the channel.

This home is above a 5+ star home... It was perfect for our family and offered everything you need to make your stay perfect. The garage space means a lot to us as it gives us a covered space for our boat, but the game area was extra special, and we enjoyed it. Amazing pool/spa as well. Communication with Cora was awesome and the little extra welcome note topped it off. Definitely will come back in the future.

Host super friendly. responsive and has truly thought of everything you would need for an amazing stay. My friends and I stayed here for a girls trip this past weekend. The place looked exactly as it does in photos! We had the most amazing time. It felt private enough that we weren’t bothering anyone while still being a 5 minute uber to the lake. It was a beautiful weekend and we enjoyed all the amenities the home had to offer. Danielle and Scott were great. Checked in with me throughout the stay to make sure I had everything we needed. She provided detailed checkout instructions that were easy to follow. All off the daily switches were labeled so there was no guessing what turned on what. I would definitely use any property Danielle and Scott manage.

We spent 5 nights at this location and everything was great. The house is very nice, clean, and well furnished. The location was also very convenient and the neighborhood was very quiet. It was a very comfortable place to stay. We had a great stay with no complaints and would absolutely stay here again.

We have stayed at many of the condos within this location & I can say this one by far was one of the BEST!!! Location was great and condo was beautiful and clean, which for us is extremely important. We will absolutely be staying in this specific unit again!!

Absolutely loved our stay here—easily one of our favorite Airbnbs in Havasu (and we’ve stayed at quite a few!). The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed having our morning coffee on the balcony while watching the lake. The pool was a perfect way to cool off, and we really appreciated that the property is pet-friendly. The location was great, walking distance to restaurants and the London Bridge. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

A great place to stay in Havasu, perfect location and right near everything. Very clean and tidy place, the inside is very pretty and looks like the photos listed. Rebekah and her husband were extremely helpful and great hosts. Overall it was perfect.

This is our 2nd time staying here and we love it! Close to lots of restaurants and we especially love the cookies and water in the fridge upon arrival!

It is difficult to give only 5 stars. From my arrival, to the moment to leave, everything, absolutely everything was perfect. The apartment is great, clean, smelly, good vibes. 5 minutes to the beach and the London Bridge . I missed absolutely nothing and I almost didn't use my car, I did everything walking. What a pleasant place . But the highlight here goes to the host, Cory. Communication has been clear from the beginning. He did infinitely more than to rent the apartment, he helped me with absolutely everything, I can surely say that I would not have known even half the best places if it wasn't for him. Always smiling and enthusiastic, he made all the difference to my stay if noticed 20 of 10. I'll be back more often, I'm already excited for the next trip.

We love this place so much! The layout of the condo is perfect with a bedroom and bath on each side of the living area. Practically sits on the beach. We have super easy access to restaurants and some beach shops. And a magical view! What more could you want?
