Fun on the lake in summer or access to golf courses in fall/winter. Room to park 2 cars/boats/RVs and plenty of space inside to enjoy. Keypad entry. Fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, and WiFi for all guests. Dogs under 60lbs are welcome, $75/dog (more info upon request). Please note that the garage is unavailable for use. Come and enjoy!

Your home away from home is a roomy casita in a quiet neighborhood. There is a large living room, full kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. If you're wondering about distances around Havasu, use Yattahhey Drive as your starting point. We do have parking available for a boat or trailer (see pictures). We want you to enjoy your stay and should you need anything, we're right next door. If you are searching for a snow-bird rental (Oct-Mar), please let me know.

Our condo is ground level with patio and easy access. Sleeps 4 guests. We have 1 king bed with a very nice pillow top. 1 new queen sofa bed and 1 twin blowup mattress with automatic inflator. New beautiful walk- in shower. 2 comfortable recliners.
