Anyone wanting to stay at Goose Valley should look at James's (Ronnie's) place. Great location and wonderfully appointed unit. One of the best.

We had such a lovely stay at the beautiful Riverclub. Paula was such a lovely host & on call to help with any requests. We felt very safe at Riverclub & so close to beaches & cafes/shops. Will definitely be staying here again in the near future :)

Excellent and comfortable stay. Very well-equipped with more than we needed. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Perfect place to explore the river from.

We had a wonderful view, the apartment was spacious and had everything we needed to feel at home. I really appreciate it when you find some much needed supplies in kitchen and bathrooms that you don't expect and storage space and neatly packed cubhoards.

A three weeks stay at Aquila View was most enjoyable because of the combination of a 6 star location and a 4 star apartment with an all star cohost Sylvia! Stunning helicopter views on Bikini Beach in front of the living room and the fishermen’s rocks in front of the bedroom with a terras of +200 meters all around the three sides of the apartment! The Apartment is spacious, cosy and fully equipped, although somewhat outdated except for the modern bathroom. So, do not expect modern design furniture but 80th style homecoming with even a library! In spite of the mild climate this penthouse on top of the property catches a lot of heat on sunny days! Airconditioning, at least in the bedroom, would be very welcome. Sylvia, who lives downstairs has been most accommodating to our questions and wishes, always coming up with solutions. She even organised light-tight, dubble curtains in the bedroom after our query a year ago when booking. Also less surf noise! Take it or, don’t leave it!

This is a wonderful and spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need. The location is also great!

This is a stunning house, well situated on the Keurbooms river in a nice estate, it’s really spacious and well equipped with everything that opens and shuts. Great fun to drive the boat from the end of the garden up and down the river. The owner is accommodating and helpful, so too are the agents Mandy and Simone. Zanele the housekeeper is also super. The only drawback and only in peak season I think, was the loud music from the beach bar across the river. We highly recommend this house, we really enjoyed our stay.

The chapel was perfect for our stay. A clean, spacious place with great linen and towels. It had all we needed for self-catering. We enjoyed the patio and beautiful garden. Would definitely return.

If you're looking for a place in Plett for a family holiday with young kids (ours are 9 & 6) then this is a superb house. Nice safe and peaceful complex, communal areas are clean, the pools are great, and the house has everything you need. BUT please note the 3rd outside bedroom is actually tiny. It's a double bed, right up against the wall. My parents (Granny and Granddad) also joined us and no way they could use that as a bedroom. They can't climb over each other to get out of bed! So they moved into the 2nd bedroom and our kids slept on mattresses on the floor for 10 nights. The outside room is perfect for 1 teenager/adult. The house is well equipped, and lots to do on rainy days. It definitely needs some TLC and in need of a modernization but overall a good family holiday house in Plett.

The home is a beautiful haven of peace tranquility - even more beautiful than expected. The home is clearly loved and the decor is utterly charming, with a delight wherever you look. We had everything we needed and more. It felt like our home away from home - and it made it very difficult to leave Plett. The River Club complex is vibey and fun (think bicycles, scooters, swimming and tennis) - but still very quiet and peaceful. The home has a lush garden set on a duck pond - which my little girls absolutely loved. We will definitely be back as soon as we can. Thank you to Kim and the team for a very special stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cindy's place. The views from the house are incredible! Being so close to the beach and nature was amazing. We really loved the secluded feel of being away at our own beach house, and the little village feel of Oyster bay. Hearing the sound of the ocean, spending the day at the beach just a short walk down and doing small nature trails were what made this a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Cindy was a very accommodating host, even going the extra mile of having emergency pantry items in the house, though we had been forewarned and had brought enough groceries with. Over all an amazing experience. Will highly recommend!
