The surf spot Kitchen Windows is located right in front of the apartment, perfect spot for both beginners and experienced surfers. Private garage in basement. Close to restaurants and bars, but the apartment is peaceful and quiet.

This adorable little ground floor bachelor pad (with separate bedroom) is just gorgeous! It has been tastefully decorated throughout with a large and private wooden deck overlooking a green belt and the sea to your right with only the sounds of the waves and birds to disturb you. Gas braai, full DSTV and wifi provided. Disc access to a swimming pool and beach. Easy walk to pubs, shops and restaurants.
