Helene was a great host. The place was great with fantastic access to local restaurants and shops. I would stay here again and/or recommend others to stay.

Second time staying here at Helene's place. Helene is a fantastic host as she strives to ensure her guests have a smooth and worryless stay here in Grants Pass. Any questions or concerns were answered in a timely manner, and anything we ran out of during our long stay was quickly restocked. The apartment is right in the middle of downtown and is close to everything, very convenient. The cost of this place does add up between having to pay for laundry and parking, as well as the place itself. Regardless, a 5 star experience and I will be recommending Helene to anyone passing through.

Helene was friendly and responsive, and very informative about the property. Flexible check in time was great since I was traveling with 2 kids. The loft was sparkling clean and had everything I needed in the kitchen. The location is great since there’s a wine bar downstairs and restaurants all around.

I loved the loft. The style of it and how it was put together. It was as if I was staying in downtown New York. I loved the location of where the loft is located. Right in the heart of downtown Redding. Walking distance from local restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again the next time I visit Redding.

Stephanie’s place was perfect & cozy. Great location, walking distance to many great shops, coffee, my favorite bagel place los bagels & more. Her communication was super friendly. I was in town for a memorial, & she left me a sweet sympathy card. I would def stay here again!

The living area features high ceilings and large windows that provide ample natural light and bay views. A modern kitchen with an island is complemented by a cozy seating area, including a sectional sofa and decorative rugs, enhancing a spacious and functional atmosphere.

Nick is a great host and his loft is fantastic. Loft doesn't do it justice. It's a well appointed, spacious apartment. The location is great. It's close to the highway, but far enough away so there is no noise. In fact, at night, it is totally quiet and very peaceful. To top it off, the kitchen has all new high end appliances. Perfect to prepare things to eat while enjoying the amazing views of the bay.

A single-story cabin with a light yellow exterior is surrounded by lush greenery and a pedestrian pathway made of smooth stones. The building is flanked by tall trees, and a gentle fog obscures the distant landscape, creating a serene outdoor setting.
