Great location just a few hundred yards from Ashland Creek and downtown restaurants. House was super well equipped, everything that you could need in the kitchen, bathroom, and house in general. Spiral staircase and uneven walkway could make it difficult for anyone with mobility issues, but for everyone else it's a perfect place to stay in downtown Ashland.

Thank you for sharing this beautiful and relaxing cottage, it was perfect for resting after adventuring around Shasta, love the whole place, lovely and with a gorgeous garden. Location is awesome, close to different places to explore and to get more food or stuff. Barb and Dave were very nice, friendly and all what toy need is already in the instructions but they were very responsive at any moment. thank you, we had an amazing time.

I've just spent 4 wonderful nights in Caroline and Stuart's "barndominium", a converted carriage house on their wonderful property steps away from the short, charming street that runs through the center of Ferndale. I was alone, but I was excited to show pictures to my family, who was traveling elsewhere. "So aesthetic!", my daughter kept repeating. So true. Caroline and Stuart have thought of everything. If you are thinking of visiting northern California, whether to visit the redwoods, visit a college, or stop on your way north or south, stay here. You'll want to stay longer. I'd give it 6 stars if I could. Thank you Caroline and Stuart.

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved staying here. It was very homey and comfortable. And Tina was an excellent host super friendly and helpful. Hopefully when we come back in the future we can book this place again!

I had such a sweet time staying at Ivan's Airbnb. it was elegant and homey at the same time. very comfortable bed and bedding. spacious kitchen and gorgeous outdoor space. I would happily come back anytime. and the hosts were so sweet.

I absolutely recommend Diana's place! It was so peaceful and clean. I absolutely loved the place and Diana was so sweet! I highly recommend! We went because of redwood national park and even though it seemed farther way from Jebediah state park, it really was not bad at all.

We had a lovely stay at Christiana's, the location was beautiful and relaxing, super quiet, the cabin is very lovingly crafted and put together. The space felt very warm and inviting. Christiana was a responsive host but also gave us our privacy. The trees and surrounding countryside were delightful to explore.

Phillip’s place is so amazing. This place is so perfect for visiting Ashland. We parked once, and walked everywhere. We also brought our bikes, and it was great to park them in the back yard area, and fun to ride on the nearby trails. It was easy to find, and so great to have a parking space in Ashland. The windows and light in here are great. This is just how I hope all my Airbnbs will be - comfortable, beautiful and in a great location.

My dog and I really enjoyed our stay. It was very hot so it was nice that the AC was already going. Very comfortable bed. We plan to return.

Lovely little cabin, well stocked and organized kitchen. Adorably decorated. Efficient use of space. Loved the patio. Bed was comfortable. My son used the blow up queen mattress which was a plug in to blow up so easy to use but still just an air mattress.

Debbie's studio is a diamond in Mt Shasta. She has a beautiful, peaceful, quiet property that was a wonderful space to come home to after a long day, and a beautiful place to wake up . If we come back to Shasta, we will absolutely stay with her again.

This stay had everything we could have wanted for an evening stop on a highway 101 road trip. Plenty of space to stretch out in a charming farmhouse with any amenity needed. We enjoyed our evening by the fire pit and were greeted upon arrival by a very friendly heard of animals. Fresh eggs and firewood upon request. Pamela was warm and inviting, thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful retreat!

We (3 older ladies) really enjoyed our stay at Sandra's, very clean, comfortable, quiet neighborhood, all the beds were comfy (even the pullout sofa). This was the first time that 2 of the ladies had every stayed at a vacation rental and they were very impressed! We all had a wonderful time!

Suzanne’s place was great. Comfy and cozy. Easy to access and check-in. Convenient parking. Great private neighborhood, walked around. Spacious ADU-type building. Comfortable bed. Nice kitchen area, including a big fridge. Did a load of laundry—so grateful for that convenience…! Lots of thought put into the furnishings. Also they had fluffy white towels in the bathroom, which felt brand new! Thanks again!

This place is a wonderful gem right in the heart of the redwoods! The bed was very comfortable, the house smelled really good, the shower had super hot water, and I loved the fenced yard for my dog. I will absolutely be back, thank you so much!

The Pilot House was perfect for our 3 night stay. Debra greeted us upon our arrival and walked us through the logistics and accessing the amazing ocean view deck. A beautiful view of the ocean with plenty of seating options and 2 fire pits to choose from. The room and kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The BBQ was ready to go and worked great. Such a quiet and peaceful location yet close to everything Brookings has to offer. We highly recommend the Pilot House for any stay in Brookings or the Southern Oregon coast. Thank you Debra & Scott for being such gracious hosts!

This was our second stay at Natalie’s cottage and it was as wonderful as the first stay. The cottage is lovely, very private and right in town. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and look forward to our next visit.

This was one of the nicest airbnbs I've stayed in- beautiful interior, very comfy beds, blackout curtains etc all made for a wonderful stay. We had our baby with us and they thoughtfully setup the pack and play before we arrived. We're looking forward to staying there again soon!

Nick's place (the back cottage) was AMAZING! You could tell he put a lot of thought into the decor. There were lovely touches -- it was the most beautiful place we stayed in awhile! Plus, the garden is incredible! There was every color of flower. Nick was extremely responsive, accommodating, and helpful. This has been one of my favorite places to stay and we would definitely stay here again!
