A beautiful property in tranquil surroundings. Little Foxes is a very special place. It is immaculate, comfortable and very well equipped. Peter was a great host, good with communication and gave excellent instructions for self check-in. It was lovely to find items for breakfast, tea, coffee & biscuits waiting for us. The location was perfect for the open air Thorington Theatre and for the Suffolk coast. We had a fabulous stay and would fully recommend.

A great room in a sweet little house. Frederick very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Comfy bed, quiet - nice to have your own toilet and sink. Frederick’s house is in a great location - close to railway station, and an easy beautiful walk through the cathedral into the lanes of Norwich. A steep staircase to room for those with mobility issues. Would very happily stay here again thanks Frederick!

Lovely place, we enjoyed a perfect family weekend here. Added bonus of being able to watch the kids play in the little playground from the veranda. Very homely and had everything we needed. Super close to Nicholas Everitt Park which had enough to keep the kids entertained (and us) for hours.

Chalet is fantastic – highly recommended! The chalet is the perfect size for four people – we were a group of three this time, so it felt especially spacious. The site is peaceful, with friendly and quiet neighbours, which made for a very relaxing stay. The marina is just a two-minute walk away and is absolutely beautiful. There are plenty of beaches within a short drive, and a great selection of restaurants all within easy walking distance. Dennis is a fantastic host – warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

a lovely location and property. Great it has a car charging point. Worked really well for our disabled friend. really well equipped, even included doves for cooking! brilliant utility / drying room. At checkin Caroline, the owner, was worried about car noise from the road, we weren't. it was not an issue for us and she says the road is soon to be closed from one end anyway. Lovely log burner, house got too warm!! All in all a lovely experience, would go again

We fell in love with Matt's place - such beautiful decor, super clean, amazing views from the garden. This was definitely my favourite ever Airbnb stay, and I can't wait to come back. 100% recommended!

Great location - we visited Southwold, Aldeburgh and RSPB Minsmere. Kitchen had all the equipment needed to make an evening meal. The bread, milk and coffee left by Linda was much appreciated. I usually book somewhere with a separate living room area, whereas here it’s quite close to the bed. However, it was great to be able to use the outside space instead as we had nice summertime weather.

David was a very responsive host. The lodge was everything we were expecting. The garden was secluded and peaceful. Would recommend a stay at Lain Lodge.

Great location, once the car was parked it wasn't needed again as everything was in walking distance. The house was lovely. . Very clean and welcoming with everything you could need for a few days away. The beds were so comfy and the bedding was good quality. The back garden was a real sun trap and we enjoyed sitting out there on the hottest weekend of the year. Parking can be a little tricky, but as I say once parked, no need to move. Tesco is on the doorstep, literally a few minutes walk away. Paul & Ady were very clear with instructions and were so easy to contact. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

A wonderful convivial city centre house.The property is well equipped with everything you could need during your stay.Location is central near all shops and amenities.I would recommend to other travellers.

We really enjoyed our time at Wendy's house. Everything was really lovely and the cake was a bonus. Thank you! The location was really convenient as the Co-op was so close and the beach was pretty and not commercialised. We are at the age now where we don't always want to travel out to see places and there was plenty of local pubs and eating places locally. (Sorry for the delay in replying but we have only just got home, as we were staying with friends)

This was a stunning Airbnb. Beautifully decorated and well equipped, with thoughtful personal touches, flowers and homemade brownies to greet us. We thought it was the perfect location to explore the area and Harriet sent lots of helpful information about local places to eat and explore. We hope to return again soon.

My partner and I came up for a short stay for work, Christine's air b&b was extremely lovely and in impeccable condition and Christine herself was extremely kind and communicative. We'd definitely recommend Christine's air b&b as a place to stay, especially if you like watching wildlife from your window :)

Great flat, location and host

I had the pleasure of staying at Chris and Peter’s beautiful and quirky place for my 40th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was excellent—within easy walking distance to everything we needed. The home was full of character, immaculately presented, and had all the thoughtful touches that made us feel truly welcome. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the heavy duvets made for a cosy and restful night’s sleep. Everything was so well thought out, and it really felt like a home away from home. I stayed with a friend and we both agreed we wouldn’t hesitate to come back again for any occasion. Highly recommended!

Had a lovely weekend break. Very nice little flat with good facilities, in a brilliant location, which was very peaceful. We will definitely be back very soon.
