Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Kanab

The place really is luxurious! Interestingly located within distance of Zion and Bryce Canyon national park, our family of 7 had a great time in this very pleasant, super clean and well decorated villa. The surroundings are quiet and private, which was highly appreciated. We felt right at home, and we would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed out stay with Timber and Tin. The house was so cute and sooooo clean. The host was responsive and friendly. Great location, fabulous amenities and wonderful hosts.

Great place to stay for a few days while exploring southern Utah. Lovely views and has everything you need. Extremely clean and well stocked with all the essentials. Close to a ton of awesome things to do. We really appreciated being able to bring our dogs with us.

Loved the location. Easy to walk to restaurants and grocery store. Very comfortable beds. Easy drive to Bryce Canyon Zion and other fun things to do. Loved the recliner sofa! Would stay here again.

Wonderful place near Bryce and Zion! Great views of the area and the house had everything we needed. The town of Orderville also has a small grocery store for essentials and a cute rock shop with soft serve ice cream and two adorable little goats. Initially we weren’t sure how the place next door over the garage would be but there was plenty of privacy between us and we never had any issues. The hosts make checkout a breeze which is much appreciated in the times of super complicated airbnb checkouts. We enjoyed the ability to visit all the nearby activities but then come back to a quiet, private space with less people. Two small notes: 1. the wifi went out frequently but considering the location and that we still had cell service it wasn’t a huge disruption. 2. there are a number of other houses being built in the area so there was some construction noise during weekdays. We really only noticed on check-in day as most other days we were out and exploring/doing activities.

We had a great stay! Very convenient to Zion NP and all kinds of other natural areas. Monte was a great host. Loved sitting on the deck at the golden hour watching the sunlight on the cliff face.

We loved our stay here, short drive to great restaurants and an hour from Zion and 90 minutes from Bryce. Absolutely beautiful surroundings. Place was very clean and cozy. Would stay here again.

Heinz is a great host. The room has wonderful rustic charm, combined with all modern conveniences. We will definitely return for a longer stay.

This was a fantastic stay and experience! Evan's place is superbly clean, comfortable, and instantly felt like home. The kitchen was the perfect size to cook meals, and had everything you'd need. The King bed is super comfy and peaceful. Evan was a lovely host, always available if I needed anything or for suggestions! The house itself is situated within a beautiful canyon, with walking trails just a few steps away. And, Kanab is the perfect jumping off point to visit Zion, Bryce, Capitol Reef, Antelope Canyon, The Wave, and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Not to mention, all the other amazing state parks and hiking trails in town and surrounding areas. You will never be bored!

I would highly recommend Happy’s place. I had a quick overnight stay but the place is very affordable, thoughtfully designed, immersed in nature, clean, no noise, etc. I would return for a future stay.

We loved our stay! The house was walkable to the restaurants and grocery store in Kanab. It was great to have a full kitchen space during our trip. Sara was a wonderful host, and we’d recommend the place to anyone interested in exploring the national parks nearby.

Kenab Cottages is perfect for a stay in Kenab. The location was great. We used it a home base for visiting all the great nearby national parks. The cottages are centrally located in town and there are lots of great restuarants within walking distance. I found this place to be very clean, comfortable, and perfectly sized for one to two people.

Dave’s place was amazing! Everything was clean and well maintained. The kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked and fully supplied. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of seating. We would have enjoyed staying longer; there were many activities available. The area around Red Rock Hacienda was beautiful. We enjoyed the town of Kanab and the scenic drives to and from the parks we visited. We came to Dave’s place after visiting the Grand Canyon, but we were still awed by the beauty in Southern Utah. Our three night stay allowed us to visit Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park, plus the Valley of Fire state park (NV) on our way back to the airport. Dave was an attentive and helpful host when we needed something. We appreciated his advice about the surrounding area, where he has much experience. We highly recommend Red Rock Hacienda.

Great little place. Clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out back and watching the horses! Convenient location near town and grocery store. We had a great time.

I picked this place for my birthday because I wanted a peaceful getaway, and it totally delivered! The house was gorgeous, fully equipped, and spotless. We spent the day playing board games and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to go back!

Great location, quiet area but close enough to walk to all the restaurants and shops in Kanab. Very comfortable master bed. Grateful for JoAnn allowing an overnight stay with a wonderful dog from Best Friends!

Just as pictured, this townhome provided a great home base for hiking in and around kanab, very close drive to restaurants in the “downtown” area as well. Comfortable beds and kitchen stocked with the basics. Was great to have access to a washer and dryer.

Not only was the townhouse very clean, but it was very well appointed. The kitchen had about any tool needed when cooking. The settings for the climate control were perfect. It's located in the heart of Kanab, with services located within a few blocks. I would choose this townhouse again when returning to the area.

We loved walking out the back door right to the pool. Had everything we needed to wash clothes, do dishes, make meals. Would definitely recommend.
