Very nice and quiet place, a unique living. Fantastic for the construction and history buffs. Well located with proximity to all of Öland. Lovely with local producers who sold vegetables, eggs, etc. Right next to the property. Clear instructions and nice treatment, easy to connect with the host. Recommend to stay here.

We would definitely visit this place again. This is our fifth time booking one of Andreas’ places, and it's always perfectly lovely.

We felt very comfortable right away and the location was super idyllic and quiet. The terrace was great to enjoy the sun in the early evening after excursions. Even with a baby, it was very relaxing. The accommodation had everything you needed and it was cozily furnished. The only thing that was a bit impractical was that you can't darken the sleeping areas. We very much enjoyed our time and highly recommend the accommodation!

We had a wonderful week with Michael and Therese in Nydal. The house is just amazing! Especially the huge window front with the great view of the private jetty with rowing boat inspired us every morning! The amenities are great, it has everything you need for a great stay. From our point of view, the house is perfect for 4 people. The location is quiet, by car Mönsteras is in approx. 5 minutes away. There you will find supermarkets, a gas station, a bakery, restaurants, shops and even a small cinema. We used the central location for some excursions to Öland and Kalmar or to Vimmerby.

We had a very nice time in the picturesque village of Stenberga! The lovingly renovated house is well suited as a starting point for hikes & excursions in Småland. The amenities are perfect for spending a long time there even with a toddler: from a baby bed to a high chair to toddler dishes and cutlery, everything is available. Communication with Clasina also went very well - we would be happy to recommend the place!

All-round pragmatically nice and simply furnished. Our sick son loved to stay at home. On evenings where the festival ended early, it is very quiet. Only once, some noisy pedestrians came through the night. Sensational: Once around the corner to the harbor - it can be explored from there by standup paddle and the old town island on foot - including other swimming beaches. Tack så mycket !

Stay was exactly as described. Neat, tidy, complete and very clean. Had virtually no contact with administrators because they were also away for a few days. Contact via email was excellent. Small gift upon arrival. Everything in the apartment is present from toilet paper to dishwasher tablets. Could have a few more towels available but in consultation with the manager that can probably be arranged. All the equipment present also works perfectly, and looks good and well cared for. Bathroom is just neat. Beds (box spring) sleep well. From the apartment, it is about 20 minutes to Öland by car. We, my wife and I had a great stay in Kalmar.

Very nice and cozy apartment that was in walking distance to Kalmar city center. Quiet and cozy neighborhood with good opportunity for parking right outside the home. We ate out every day, but there was a great opportunity to cook for ourselves.

I stayed there for 2 months because I was moving to Sweden. Helped us out and let us stay longer. Always responsive and very good to talk to him. Cozy little apartment which has everything you would need. I would definitely choose staying there again. Highly recommend.

Fredrik's apartment is well disposed and everything you need is available. Fresh and clean, comfortable beds and close to everything. At the same time quiet location in well kept property. Fredrik responds quickly and is easy to communicate with. We are happy to stay in Fredrik's apartment again!

Cozy house, beautiful view from the windows, but you have to get used to the stove. Perfect place for a man.

I stayed here for 2 months for my exchange as a working student at a hair salon in Kalmar. The apartment is very spacious and good for 2 people, everything is present and a nice responsive host. I have a super experience in central Kalmar!

Great room. Everything was available that you could need. David was very nice, nice service and responded quickly to messages. Perfect with walking distance into the city center (max 30 min). Nice walking path close to the water. Quiet area. I would love to stay there again.
