Centrally located apartment . Close to city center, train station, Kalmar Castle, old town, Sand sculptures, university, grocery stores, playgrounds, swimming area. Close to. Glass kingdom (30 min) and Öland (15 min) by car. Single bed in living room, double bed in bedroom. All equipment is available such as coffee maker, dishwasher and microwave, hair dryer in the bathroom. The apartment is spacious which has been appreciated by previous guests. The guest cleans out the apartment when moving out. Check in via us or via key safe.

Very affordable and simple accommodation in the basement of a private home with a very helpful, friendly and nice host, even when I managed to mess up my arrival, at an "odd" time!! Clean and fresh, close to everything in Kalmar, took care of myself and everything basic was there for a good, restful night's sleep, a shower and a cup of coffee in the morning! Highly recommend Henrik as a host if you are staying in Kalmar! Will gladly come back!

We had a wonderful week with Michael and Therese in Nydal. The house is just amazing! Especially the huge window front with the great view of the private jetty with rowing boat inspired us every morning! The amenities are great, it has everything you need for a great stay. From our point of view, the house is perfect for 4 people. The location is quiet, by car Mönsteras is in approx. 5 minutes away. There you will find supermarkets, a gas station, a bakery, restaurants, shops and even a small cinema. We used the central location for some excursions to Öland and Kalmar or to Vimmerby.

Clean and tidy. There is everything you need. Close to beach and downtown. If I visit Kalmar more times, I am happy to stay here again. The only thing I can point out is the bed, which squeaked a little too much when you turned in it. Communication with the host was excellent. Quick answers if you had any questions.
