In the middle of the archipelago with proximity to the golf course.(400m) is this apt only a couple feet from the water. The cottage in which the apartment is located next to the owner's residence. Accommodates 4 people. Shower and toilet. Wi-Fi, smart tv is available. The staircase to the apt is slightly steeper than standard. From the terrace view of the sea and field, and also a Viking rehearsal place. Across the house is a bigger road. On this one you can quickly get out on e22 Boat included. Petrol not included. No smokers and pets.

Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Feel free to borrow the rowing boat to test the recognized fine fishing waters or borrow a bike to explore the local area. Hike along the Kalmarsund Trail and feel the Småland history between stone walls, sea and cultivation landscapes. Sofa/daybed that pulls out to a double bed as well as a wide loft bed with a ladder. The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. Close to the sea holiday home.

Fresh newly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming jetty. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all advisories. The outdoor setting will be updated afterwards with patios and so on. At the pier there is also a small rowing boat if you want to take a little trip in the beautiful archipelago, maybe you want to try your luck at fishing? Warm welcome.
