Welcome to a large and newly renovated house of high standard on sea property. Private beach in the garden, with the possibility to use the jacuzzi, kayaks, fire pit, barbecue, pizza oven and more. Enjoy a lovely sea view from the house's large windows. You can lie in the bathtub and look out over the horizon, and have your morning coffee in bed while watching the waves hit the swamp in the garden. It takes 5-7 minutes to drive to Pulpit Rock Camp, 5 minutes to the center of Jørpeland and 30 minutes to Stavanger city center.

The Persa house is beautifully located down by Klostervågen on Utstein Gard. The garden encircles Utstein Monastery and makes up the majority of Klosterøy.
