Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Hunter Region

Not only was the space fun and pretty, Jean thoughtfully provided fresh fruit, milk, snacks and breakfast foods for our use. So perfect!

It is a really beautiful house overseeing the beach near Nelson Bay. My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay for a few nights. Host was really nice, even messaged me that she found my misplaced ring. thank you very much! Best seaside experience we had!

The hospitality of this locations was unbeatably unmatched and felt more personal and accommodating than hotels. From the locatiom being incredibly well put together with its impeccable interior design, it becomes clear the place is a passion project more than anything. I couldn't sing my praises high enough for the cleanliness, comfort, convenience, amenities, services and incredible standard of hospitality set by this one visit. My stay was absolutely incredible and would highly highly reccomend it in future.

Great stay, Beautiful views. Perfect getaway for the weekend

We really enjoyed our 3 nights at Matt's place. Same as other reviews, in that it was a little hard to find when first checking in, in the dark too, but once we got our bearings with Matt's map we had no issues. That was really the only hiccup. The area is great, and you can hire bikes to do a self wine tour, direct from the resort, rather than hire elsewhere, which was a great bonus

A comfortable apartment within walking distance of bars and restaurants. Nicole is an excellent and thoughtful host and we highly recommend the apartment.

Sarah’s Wren’s Nest was perfect. It is exactly as described in photos and words. Despite its size, It is comfortable, secure, convenient and easy to access. The bed and sofa are comfortable and there is plenty of space for clothes. The shower is roomy and clean. A suitcase stand is provided. Sarah responded to a question quickly. Despite being downtown, it was actually quiet. The black out curtain plus privacy screen kept the apartment dark at night. The beaches and harbor are very close with the beach/harbor tram only a block away. The apartment is on the Hunter mall, so there is a bakery, coffee shop, restaurant, chemist, quick mart and restaurant on the block, but the downtown area surrounds the apartment so you are never far from anything you might need or want. Entry is via key and fob, so I suggest you have a key chain to keep it secure. All in all a very nicely appointed apartment, downtown near harbor and beaches.

Needing somewhere to stay while working in the area & wow what a find! I couldn’t wait to finish work and get back to enjoy this place. Bonus having a beautiful dog greeting. Hosts are down to earth great people and make ya feel at home while also giving you privacy. I absolutely loved the uniqueness & detail and all the comforts of home plus more!

We loved staying at Rod’s place. It was so cute, very tidy and clean, well appointed with comfy beds. Plenty of room for a family or a group of friends with 3 queen size bedrooms a sofa bed and two bathrooms. We appreciated the treats left for us- so thoughtful. The location was handy to everything we needed and we would absolutely stay here again.

Great place, exactly as described. It accommodated our group of 8 who visited the Hunter Valley for a golf trip. Checking in was seamless, the host was responsive and always checking in on us to make sure we were taken care of. Will 100% recommend to any friends and family visiting the Hunter Valley region.

Felt like a home.. the place was so clean and perfect for the group stay. Will definitely recommend people looking to spend some tome with their family and friends.

Peaceful location, had a great girls weekend away 💜 next time I’ll just remember to bring more bug spray, there were more mozzies than I expected to be at the location, and I did not come prepared enough as the person who is generally the one bitten in the group, this is an error on my part

For anyone looking to explore Hunter Valley Wine Country I could not recommend this enough! Had absolutely everything we needed for the best long weekend away. The place was spotless and so well stocked, with the loveliest welcome gift. Tamara was so responsive and helpful, I can’t wait to recommend it to all my friends (and come back!)

We had a lovely 3 night weekend at Alicia’s house. We had 4 couples and it worked well for us. Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area was very comfy. Kitchen was well equipped with all sorts of appliances and lots of condiments . We appreciated all the goodies which Alicia left for us including a bottle of Spumante and 8 chilled glasses in the fridge which was very thoughtful. We also loved the dressing gowns and slippers in all the bedrooms - a lovely touch which we appreciated. The place was spotlessly clean and generous provisions were left for us. The house is located in a new housing estate, with Coles 5 minutes away which was super convenient and still close to the wineries. It is a bight, light house and we loved having morning coffee on the lounges outside in the sun. All in all a great weekend away - thanks for sharing your house with us Alicia.

It rained throughout the holiday, but I still had a wonderful time enjoying the abundance of wineries and great food in the Hunter Valley. One day, I even played a round of golf in Sydney. Every night, I relaxed in the spa under the cool evening breeze and gentle rain — it was such a romantic and satisfying trip.

L’appartement est le plus bel airbnb que nous avons eu jusqu’à présent, bien décoré, équipé, très propre, spacieux et cosy à la fois. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter si nous sommes dans le coin. Ce sont en plus de ça des personnes très arrangeante et nous avons eu plaisir à échanger avec eux et leurs filles pendant le séjour. Merci encore pour tout!

This place was incredible! This holiday unit was beautiful, clean, ocean view, spacious and with all the amenities available including the pool and gym- I could not recommend this place enough. Lorraine was nice and really easy to communicate with, Thankyou for letting us stay at your place 😊

Perfect for a weekend or even long term getaway. Location was great, right in the heart of the city, 5-mins walk to a couple local pubs, cafes and convenience stores and 15-mins walk to beach and light rail interchange. Also noticed quite a few buses with different bus routes around the area as well. Check in was a breeze and not that I had any issues but Mel was quick to reply once I had advised check in and check out. The place itself was fantastic, ducted air con throughout, 2 very big comfy beds, large lounge area and huge dining area with a kitchen that had what you need to cook for a large group of people, if you wished. Having access to a washing machine and dryer is always a plus, esp. when there’s a 2nd toilet and the bathroom was clean as well. Would definitely look to stay there again if going back up to Newcastle.

The apartment and the amenities are outstanding. We returned here because we had to extend staying away from our house because of renovations. This was our first choice and u cannot recommend it enough. What really does need highlighted is how much of an outstanding history Connie is. She was so understanding, compassionate, super friendly and flexible. She deserves 10 stars.

This accomodation was outstanding. Great location and the unit was equipped with everything you needed including some thoughtful items like a coffee machine, condiments in the fridge to a variety of tea and coffee selections. Communication was on point with step by step instructions on how to access the unit and Mark was very reactive to emails. The outlook was amazing, listening to the sound of the waves and the sunsets ❤️. I will be back..

hosts were really lovely and even left home made cookies for arrival! Lovely clean apparentment close to the beach and walks. I didn't realise there was no oven so that was the only downside for us but it was great value for the money

Wow, this garden apartment is fabulous. Arrival was easy & straight forward. On entering, I was pleasantly surprised. The apartment is so spacious, bright & airy and the proportions are very generous. A rare find indeed. The kitchen is lovely with everything you could possibly need. The bedroom is roomy and the bed devine, so comfortable. The bathroom is large & bright with a spacious shower & a separate bath.. There is a well equipped gym and a lovely swimming pool, all on the same level as the apartment.. both well used by us.. We loved it so much that we will make a night stop, room only, on our return.
