The Cabin is a large room divided by a large wardrobe and Hutch with the bedroom (Queen Bed) on one side, and the living area on the other. In the large Bedroom area there is also a desk and smart TV (includes Netflix), and the toilet/shower room is accessed there. The kitchen is well equipped and I provide frozen gluten free and other breads as well as many other provisions. The lounge and chair both fold down into beds (a double, and a single) but are quite firm.

We have created a fabulous private studio retreat on our 150 acre farm for 2 people wanting that private secluded getaway, bubbas stay free also a tiny house trained doggo would be welcomed. You can’t leave the dog alone at any time if you go out it must go with you. It is a magical space with a hot tub just outside the door for your personal use watching the sunset with a bottle of bubbles that we supply you may see a Kangaroo or two or even a wombat.

Location was a stones throw away from the beautiful Birubi Beach and Tomaree National Park Trail making it easy without taking pram etc. Mark was proactive and responsive with all communications. Yantra's place was a peaceful hideaway tucked away in Avoca. The place was clean and well maintained yet cozy, had all the amenities we needed (portable stove, pots and pans, oil, utensils, washing machine, internet, dryer). We had a wonderful stay at this charming sandstone cottage in Kurrajong. The house is spacious and surrounded by peaceful bushland, with lovely walking trails and a great campfire spot. We especially enjoyed the unique cowboy and vintage memorabilia that gave the place so much character. The kitchen was very well equipped, allowing us to cook hearty meals and really make the space feel like home. On our last night, we ended the trip perfectly with a cozy campfire and roasted veggies under the stars. A beautiful, remote getaway—perfect for the Easter long weekend and a much-needed escape from the busy city life.

We had the best time!!! We had a whole group of friends, children and dogs and the place was perfect!! They blew up a jumping castle for the kids. There was plenty of activities for the adults like table tennis, volleyball etc. The house had ample room for people to sleep and camp. Megan was so communicative and helpful. The kitchen was full of every piece of crockery and cutlery you needed! We loved it and would go back in a heart beat!!!

The Franklin - luxurious Train

The accommodation was top notch! Fantastic renovation with historic features but all modern facilities. Attention to detail was on point with some thoughtful touches that we think are important, crockery, glassware, candles, good coffee machine with vast selection of pods. Quality bathroom products and lovely soft towels. We were there on a cold wet evening and the heating was very substantial and the place was very cosy. Highly recommended!!
