Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 25 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Ett bebott atterfallshus på tomten finns men inget som stör. Låst walk-in i master bedroom.

Det stora fönstret gör att du har alpackorna betandes precis utanför. I containern finns en bekväm dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa och en mysig eldkamin. Luftvärmepump finns också för varma/kalla nätter. Utekök och matplats precis utanför. Gemensam eko-toa och kiosk där det finns en kyl.

This home offers a 100 sqm interior that includes a cozy fireplace and a roomy sauna. The house sits on a substantial 2,000 sqm plot surrounded by peaceful natural scenery and near the idyllic Älvsalaviken. The generous terrace areas, which spans over 150 sqm, provides a perfect setting for outdoor living. It's equipped with a sizeable gas grill. For leisure and play, there are several lawns, a trampoline and swings. Wood-fired hot tub available for a surcharge.

Genuine Swedish cottage

This little cottage (stuga) is next to our main house close to the center of Södertälje. It is built 1847 but with modern facilities. There is only one room, it has a sofa bed and a simple extra bed. There is central heating + a heater. The kitchen includes a microwave, a small stove and fridge/freezer. You have your independence, but we are at hand if you should need anything. In the summer you can sit out in the garden and enjoy the sun.
