Perfect place to visit Joshua tree and still have the peace and quiet of the desert, we loved it.

We started our cross country journey at Kathryn's and it was the perfect spot to center ourselves and relax! The cutest trailer felt like we were thrown back in time, it was a personal oasis! Also so close to Joshua Tree National park! We took a hike and then followed that up with a relaxing dip in the hot tub! Couldn't have been more picture perfect! Loved our stay here!

TRULY INCREDIBLE! One of the best Airbnb experiences ever! The entrance instructions and tips were accurate and helpful. Felt right at home! We watched the sun and moon rise from the hammocks, then would gaze at the stars from the hot tub later at night. The pool was a great treat as well, especially after hiking! There is so much to do at this house, I don't see anyone ever needing to turn on the TV. Would definitely recommend this oasis to anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of life! So serene and private. 100% would stay again!

Such a cute, well-appointed place. The outdoor shower is stellar! I'd just say it's very light and bright; so maybe bring a sleep mask, especially if you're on the living room sofa bed!

Starlight Mesa Hotel was amazing. Erik's description was picture perfect. The setting is private and peaceful with many great restaurants and shops only a short drive away. The house was equipped with everything needed for a great getaway; the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The livingroom was inviting with a fireplace and wood to burn. He also provided books, games, and a record player with a great selection of tunes. If you need a place to stay while attending a venue in the area, or just looking for a relaxing getaway I totally recommend the Starlight Mesa Hotel.

Ethan’s place was a great spot to rest our heads while visiting Joshua tree. The home was just as described and very clean. We appreciated the privacy of the location. The kids loved all the Jack rabbit sightings. Definitely get outside at night, the stars were beautiful!

My only regret is not spending more time in Joshua Tree and at this beautiful home. It’s very private, and truly off the grid. Sunset and stargazing is terrific, and there’s a nice fireplace you can sit around at night. The home itself is charming and cool— I love the loft layout. Host was very responsive and helpful, and check in was seamless. Everything about the home listing is perfectly accurate, and you will not regret booking, I promise. Thank you so much— I will be back for sure!

Our stay at Jills House was Nothing but very pleasant, very clean , beautiful surroundings and lots of things to do nearby, we enjoyed the jacuzzi and the pool would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic!!!! Our vacation at Oded’s place in Yucca Valley exceeded our expectations. Oded provided excellent directions and instructions on how to enter the property and responded quickly if we had a question. The interior of the house is clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and the kitchen has everything you will need. We especially enjoyed the espresso machine. 😊 The exterior is even more amazing. Plenty of furniture for lounging; the saltwater pool is perfect for swimming or just relaxing. Sitting in the jacuzzi at night and watching the stars was incredible. An added treat were the two owls that showed up each night and sat in the nearby Yucca Trees. We highly recommend Oded’s place and will definitely return.

We loved our stay! There was plenty of activities to do at the house and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. The location is in great proximity to Joshua Tree and close enough to town to make a quick run for something but far enough out to be relaxing and peaceful. Our host was super friendly and very responsive.

Had an amazing time. Close to the national park. the property it's self was awesome. Game room was really cool with the arcade having thousands of games on it. Pool was extremely nice during our hot stay and the Jacuzzi was nice at night. We loved everything about the place and would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends. You can see stars from the backyard but for proper stargazing we had to go into the national park as the area the house was in had a bit too much light pollution. Overall great.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay! The pool was perfect and we relaxed during the day while it was too hot to hike in Joshua Tree National Park. The desert views from the pool area in the backyard were incredible and made us feel like we were still in the national park. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The indoor/outdoor cactus planter by the front door was my favorite part. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Amazing views and peaceful home but still close to any activity, retail or dining. Very clean & comfortable home with many seating options for privacy or small group conversations. The spa and pool were very clean and heating the spa was a quick and easy process. Ryan was very responsive and pleasant during the entire process and would not hesitate to book this home again.

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful property! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how stunning everything was. The house is impeccably decorated—stylish, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. One of the absolute highlights was the pool—absolutely amazing! It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Whether we were lounging in the sun or enjoying a swim, it quickly became our favorite spot. Every room in the house was spotless and well-appointed, and you can tell a lot of care has gone into making this place special. We truly loved every moment of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Highly recommended!

A beautiful, inviting and relaxing oasis in the high desert! The pool and landscaping are perfect. The home is comfortable, efficient, and the decor is so lovely! I was thrilled to have my fur babes join me on this trip and they seemed to love it as much as I did. Tara was the perfect host. I would definitely like to return! Highest recommendation if you're planning a visit to the JT area!!

We only stayed for a night but it was very clean, the beds were comfortable. The property was very nice and we enjoyed the sunrise and sunset. Would absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely in love with Ethan’s place and Joshua Tree. The perfect spot for 2 or more. Pool and hot tub were great as well. Such a charming place and we already want to come back. The host’s instructions were clear and included everything we needed to know. Very private fenced yard with no neighbours, just what we wanted. 6/5 stars if possible.

This is the 3rd time we have rented this nice house for our music club canping and jamming weekends 7 minutes away. We always enjoy the many nice touches added to this comfortable home.

The hosts are incredibly friendly and responsive. Also, the space was perfect for our weekend getaway with our dog. Such a peaceful and beautiful property with all the right spaces for us to relax and decompress. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing space to stay near Joshua tree! Will hopefully get the opportunity to return. 10/10

The holiday house is the perfect remote getaway. You'll find everything you need to make an amazing meal in the kitchen. You can get lost in the beautiful art all around the gardens and inside the house. The 360° views of the landscape are absolutely breathtaking and the night sky is otherworldly. This is by far my favorite stay out in the high desert.

This is my first time stay at the House of Mercury but I'm sure it won't be my last. The property was gorgeous, looked just like the pictures. When we arrived we felt right at home. All of Stav's instructions were clear, easy to follow, and reasonable. My only regret was not being able to book more time to spend at such a wonderful place. 10/10 would recommend and stay again!

Andrew’s home was simply stunning! Beautiful, very clean and well put together. We enjoyed using the grill and hot tub in the evening, and found the entire house supremely comfortable with the most beautiful views. It was close to amenities and we did a fun day trip to Joshua tree from here. Andrew was also extremely helpful and responsive prior and during our stay! Highly recommend!
