Monthly Rentals in Holmes Beach

Fantastic trip from start to finish thanks to Ashley and her chic condo! Not only is this home stylish, spacious and well apppointed - but it is also right on the beach with a nice pool in a great area on Anna Maria Island. This is the perfect place for a party of 4. My husband, my 15 year old daughter and her friend and I couldn’t have been more comfortable. Book now! Don’t wait!

We loved Russell’s place! The photos online were great & the condo looked exactly like the pics. It was so well equipped that they did not miss a thing. Loved the location so close to the beach & right on the trolley line. I walked to Publix many times so loved the convenience of our location. All in all a great place to stay. The communication was so good too; very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at Hidden Pearl. The house is very nice and there was all we needed (e.g. Beach gear, kitchen utensils, towels). If we had questions, they answered very fast and helpful. When we asked for a late check-out, they offered us a fair price and it was very uncomplicated. If we come back to AMI, we will come back to you!

We had a great time! The place was very nice. The location was great steps to the beach. Swimming pool very clean and surrounding area was very clean at the pool! Beach was nice and clean! Their son came by and we meet him a very very nice young man! We would love to stay at his location another time!
