Vacation rentals with beach access in Holmes Beach

Jeffery’s rental was perfect. He has such an eye for detail and it’s beautifully decorated. Our view of the ocean from the sitting area outside the rental was spectacular! The space contained everything you would possibly need and was extremely comfortable. This is our second stay at Shell Cove 1 and we highly recommend it to others.

The conso really is just a few steps to the beach! We felt right at home the moment we walked in. There are plenty of great restaurants in the area. We tried 3-4 and would go back to all of them. My teenage daughters said this about the room: “It was perf!” and “so cutsie and adorable”

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—just steps from the beach with stunning views and peaceful surroundings. Cindy was incredibly responsive and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back—highly recommend

Confession: I almost don’t want to write this review because I want this place to stay my little pre-cruise hideaway. But here we are. This Airbnb was absolutely adorable—I walked in and immediately wanted to hire the host to redecorate my entire life. Every detail was spot on: cozy but modern, clean as a whistle, and so well thought out. It made the night before our cruise feel like a vacation all on its own. If you’re debating, just book it (but maybe leave it open for when I want to come back, thanks!).

Overall my stay was wonderfully! It was just as pictured and super accessible to the trolly and other spots near by. Having access to beach chairs, umbrella etc. was amazing and made the 8 minute walk to the beach perfect. Fawn was a fantastic host! She was very responsive and flexible to our needs. I would easily pick to stay at this spot again when in town.

We absolutely loved our stay at Scott’s place. The condo was sparkling clean- I am extremely picky about cleanliness and was not disappointed. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated all of the beach gear Scott had available for use. We loved the location and the view from the balcony is unmatched. Scott was quick to respond with the minor issue we had at check in and quickly resolved the issue. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

Everything was great, perfect location and perfect space for the two of us for our getaway. Air conditioning worked well in bedroom and living room/main area (I think some people previously commented on it being hot & the entry area is warm and not directly air conditioned, but the unit had several fans in the closet). We didn’t find this to be a problem at all for us. Everything was clean and as described in the listing. The only “complaints” if you could even call them that was that the WiFi did not seem to work no matter what we did and the water pressure wasn’t ideal for my husband, yet didn’t bother me too much so maybe that’s subjective. Overall, the owners were very accurate with what was offered and received, and they were very responsive as well, answering any questions we had very quickly, and calling us when we had a small issue with parking at first when we got there. They were friendly and asked how everything was going during our trip and we appreciated that very much.

We had an absolutely incredible stay. Out of all the things we did in FL during our stay, our two kids said their favorite part was the pool at our Air B&B. The attention to detail was amazing, and they have truly thought of everything. The provided pool and beach equipment was amazing. The beach access was across the street, and the kids LOVED the ice cream shop across the street. Our stay exceeded our expectations! If we return to the area, it is an absolute must stay again experience!

Staying a this Airbnb on Anna Maria island was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location was unbeatable, just a short stroll to the beach, where we spent our mornings. The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The private pol was a dream-crystal clear and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. It truly felt like our own personal oasis. What really made the experience stand out was the host. Communication was prompt, friendly, and thoughtful from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. If you're looking for a peaceful, beachside retreat with all the comforts at home- and then some- this is the place. Anytime we travel to this island this is the first place I will check to see if it is available.

This was our second time staying at one of Gail’s properties and we enjoyed this property so much! It was comfortable and met our needs well! We love that she had a framed description of the history of the home, as this was her aunt’s home for many years! Such a personal touch to include and we loved knowing the family history of the neighborhood we were staying in. Gail communicated well when we reached out about a repair needed at the property and was dedicated to ensuring the repair was completed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the close proximity to the beach! Thanks, Gail, for sharing your lovely home with us!

We really enjoyed our stay! We stayed through tropical storm Debby and the host was very responsive to all our questions and concerns! They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was safe and comfortable! We will definitely be returning soon! Thanks for an amazing vacation!!

Christy's place was very neat and clean! it was so comfortable! We had everything we needed. Good restaurants within walking distance! And a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach! We had great time exploring AMI!

Wonderful place. Perfect for our group of 7 (4 adults, two kids and a toddler). Numerous aspects of the home that made it exceptional—lots of beach gear (umbrellas, chairs, towels, toys, wagons, coolers, etc), outdoor shower to rinse off, bikes, plus everything you need in kitchen to cook. The beach is about a three to five minute walk and is spectacular—absolutely gorgeous. There is a southbound trolley stop across the street from the home, as well. About a fifteen minute walk to the shops on Pine Ave, which we enjoyed taking each morning. Minh’s home is beautiful and nicely furnished. She was always responsive and very nice each time I reached out. We had a fantastic time at this house and on AMI and will be returning as soon as possible.

Pepper Tree exceeded our expectations! We have a 6 month old grandson and the proximity to the beach was delightful and the covered pool allowed us to utilize it throughout the day! The home was cozy and beautifully appointed! We loved our stay there and will DEFINITELY come back!! ❤️

We had a wonderful time at Christy's place in AMI. We had been the year prior and wanted to try another location, choosing Holmes Beach. It was walkable to the beach, the house was perfect for our family, great bedrooms, kitchen, family room - home away from home! Christy was extremely responsive as well!

I’ve stayed at a lot of places and Joey’s place was the best of the best. Joey is a great host who takes care of his guests. The home was clean and well maintained. It was comfortable and cozy. It had everything we needed. I can’t say enough about how relaxing the space was. It was a very low stress experience and I would happily visit again.

Very quaint little town. We brought the bikes and were able to bike everywhere. Very peaceful with minimal crowds. Hit the spot on the get away we wanted. Thanks!

We had a great stay here! Super close to the beach and shops / restaurants. Couldn’t have been a better location! The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.

We loved it here! It was a quick walk to the beach, and had everything we needed! (Umbrella, beach chairs/towels) The condo was well kept and clean! Restaurants and Publix within walking distance. (Skinny’s was a family favorite) We would definitely book again. It was definitely a stress free, peaceful vacation!

We loved our stay at Hello Sunshine ☀️!! Anna Maria Island is very special to us and we are so glad we found this place. It is very close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. Location was perfect!!!! Being so close to the beaches AND having shopping and food options nearby was the best!! Colin was very communicative and even gave a proactive option for an extra night. Thank you for being accommodating and very responsive!

As a mother traveling with kids, this place has everything you’re gonna need! Beautiful pool, cute put-put golf, beach towels, Sand toys, Sun shade, wagon, cooler, beach chairs. My girls played volleyball all week! Private houses on both sides of the unit… so it’s never crowded. We saw several manatees while swimming in the ocean and we got to witness loggerheads nesting at night! So if you’re looking for a truly relaxing vacation (for mom too) I highly recommend this unit and mostly, Heidi as a host!

I've stayed in Shorewalk 4 different times now, but you're place has been the best, by far. Super clean and accommodating. Great communication and always quick to respond. Thank you!

Jean & Mike's beach condo on Anna Maria Island was a wonderful get-away for us after a very long winter. We loved the beach decor and all the little things that made us feel welcome and comfortable. It had everything we needed for an awesome beach vacation - chairs, umbrella, towels and a cool beach cart to carry our stuff. The pristine beach was only about 300 steps away. The condo itself had everything we needed. The bed and couches were comfy; the master bath spacious; the kitchen well-equipped. We enjoyed eating on the screened porch that overlooked a small park and being able to walk to nearby stores and restaurants. We loved watching the sunset from "our" beach or at the AMI Beach Cafe down the beach while listening to live music. Jean was a great host. She responded quickly to our questions and had plenty of recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Jean & Mike's place is one of the best AirBnBs we've stayed at and will definitely consider it the next time we visit AMI.
