We thoroughly enjoyed Backyard Bliss. It was tucked away in a little cul-de-sac with a very short walk to the beautiful beach. The house had everything we needed for inside as well as everything needed for a day at the beach. And the pool was wonderful!!

One of the most well-equipped, most tastefully decorated homes we have stayed at. Seems like it has been updated recently based on the excellent condition and modern amenities, especially the bathrooms which were spotless. Beds were comfortable and sheets/towels soft. We like to cook during our stays, and the kitchen was well-equipped with anything you might need (and some). We were drawn the patio and pool area based on the reviews, and they did not disappoint. Pool is amazing. Both it and the surrounding area was as clean as the rest of the property. Water was warm, but still cool enough to be refreshing (in June). Very comfortable place to spend time, and wish we could have stayed longer. Rich was very communicative both prior to and during the stay, and the check-in process was easily the best I have experienced. Would definitely return again!

This house was a fabulous find. We appreciated the cleanliness and the thoughtful amenities in the home and on the area. Perfectly located among the most convenient yet private of the area. Stephanie was very attentive to any questions we had. We loved it.

When I saw this new listing, I hesitated—no reviews and almost too-perfect photos. But the owners quickly answered my questions, were responsive, and I’m so glad we booked. The home is exactly as pictured: spotless, spacious, beautifully designed. The pool area is a dream—plenty of space for our group of 11 (with 4 kids), with waterfall features, a sauna, and even a sandy play area. The movie room and golf simulator were a hit too! Beds are comfy, rooms are big and inviting, Wi-Fi is great. Peaceful, safe neighborhood with tons of privacy. Carter and Naomi were responsive and kind to any concerns we had, and took care of everything. Amazing hosts. This home is a gem.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Kim’s Airbnb! Great location, close to the beach, and lots of restaurants around. We plan on coming back!

Fantastic stay at Cottage on Pine! Definitely will be back in the future. Location is great, walking distance to all popular restaurants/coffee. Short walk to the beach. House was very clean & as described. Overall, great vacation house to meet all yours needs. Host was responsive and provided helpful recommendations. Highly recommend!!

We had a great stay at this beautiful and spacious home in Bradenton. It was perfect for our group, with comfortable bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The pool area was very enjoyable refreshing after hot beach days. The location is excellent, just under 15 minutes from the beach and close to stores, restaurants, and markets. The house also includes beach gear, which was super convenient. There’s a grill area and a yard with games for everyone to enjoy. The lake view made our morning coffee even better. My family and I were very happy with our stay and would definitely book again!

This was our first trip to AMI and we were not familiar with the area. This duplex is perfectly located right across from the ugly grouper, lots of shops, and a few other restaurants and bars. The beach was a quick walk. There were a few issues with the hot tub heating up and wifi, but Lori was very responsive and tried to assist. The space is great you just need to bring everything for cleaning up and cooking. Typical rental with no coffee filters, spices, etc. There are 3 beach chairs, a wagon and lots of beach towels. Definitely will visit again.

The home and amenities were perfect for our week long stay on the island. It was a short walk to the beach every day and easy return back home to the pool for an afternoon swim. The home is very nice and comfortable. It’s centrally located to several great restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Kevin’s place looked just like the pictures and we enjoyed our stay here. He was very responsive with any questions that we had and we really enjoyed the outdoor space. The space was available early on check-in day, which he was very kind to let us know we could enjoy an extra couple hours at his place.

This place is really nice and very accommodating, especially since I have a service animal. The only thing that would make it better is if they provided bicycles.

Nicky’s house is beautiful! And it was the perfect location. The private pool and beach are right there at your feet! Nicky was very quick and attentive with responding to anything we text her about. We will be back! Thank you for everything Nicky! ☺️

Such a pretty house in a beautiful location! The backyard is a dream! And the house is so much bigger in person! Highly recommend!

Maria’s place is fantastic. Great location, easy check in, exactly as described. The outdoor space is amazing. Lots of attention to detail with the outdoor lighting and the pool area. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas as well as a wagon for the beach. Well stocked inside and out. Very comfortable we highly recommend and would definitely return.

We stayed for one week and were very pleased with our visit. The house, grounds, and pool were very clean. The house had everything we needed, was super close to the beach, and we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. We loved our stay at Spinnaker's Cottage and had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean,everything is new. Great little walk to beach. Snorkel equipment was advertised but not available; did not need it however. All other beach equipment was perfect

My family and I have been coming to AMI for several years and this home was by far our favorite! This beach retreat is tucked away so you don’t get any traffic noises. The home, decor, furniture are updated, cute, clean, and all give all the beachy vibes! We really enjoyed having both front and back porches. There are beach toys, bikes, chairs, wagon, goggles, etc. We rented the brand new 6-passenger golf cart - it was fully loaded and so perfect! Maggie checked in with us throughout our stay to be sure we were comfortable and having an enjoyable time. If I could give this home (and host) 10 stars, I would for sure!! I also cannot forget to mention that we had 5 females in our group and we NEVER ran out of hot water! That’s never happened 😆 We’re all thrilled with our stay and didn’t want to leave. Loved this place. Pool was really nice with lots of good places to hang out and chill. Beach was a short two block walk. Shops and restaurants were walkable with more good options a short drive. AC wasn’t working when we arrived but they were very responsive and had it fixed that day. Amazing how well area has recovered after last fall’s storms. Very friendly to work with.

We had an amazing stay at Mimi’s! I’ve never communicated so much with a host but she was just so helpful and willing to answer any and all questions! It felt like I was staying at a friends’. We loved our accommodations and I’m picky! Everything was well thought out, super clean and very cozy! The view to the harbor was awesome and our fishing excursion picked us up right at our dock! We loved our stay and would highly recommend! Mimi will make sure everything is perfect!

The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed to cook meals. It was a great location to the beach and to downtown, easily walkable. We would definitely recommend this place. It was great to have a washer and dryer as well. Great space to put all our things, good counter and drawer space and I love all the hooks around the apartment to hand stuff easily. Loved this place!

Kris’ one bedroom cabin 1 was perfect for my wife and I and our pup. We had plenty of room to settle in for two weeks, relax, cook, read etc. The Spinnaker complex had all the beach gear we needed for a short .2 mile walk to the beach. And the pool was a super fun place to hang out after a day at the beach. We’ll be back!
