It is located in a two-story building in a garden of tropical trees of the region and has a private entrance. My house is on the property. It is located two to three blocks from the beach and downtown.

It is a cozy and comfortable studio, ideal for couples. It has a kitchenette with gas grill and fridge. One table, two chairs to eat or work. Smart TV, climate, WiFi, hot water. With a double bed and one single, very comfortable for 3 people. It is in a central area but the street is not noisy, very quiet to rest after a tiring day of tour and beach. Two blocks from the park and 5 minutes from the beach and 10 from the pier on foot.

Well equipped apartment on a calm location. With a cozy garden. Just a few steps from Holbox ferry and around 6 minutes walk from the beautiful Holbox beach. We also include 1 welcome drink per person (Margarita or lemonade) in Alma Bar where you have pool access every day too. Well equipped kitchen with induction stove, fridge & freezer, coffee maker, blender, kettle, toaster. AC, ceiling fans, Starlink WIFI, TV, Warm water.

A room features two spacious beds with crisp white linens and neatly arranged pillows. Each bed is complemented by modern pendant lights above. A small round table is positioned beside one of the beds, creating a functional and minimalist design.
