Vacation rentals with a patio in Headingley

The studio was spotlessly clean and in a great location with Boston Spa high street just a few minutes walk away. As people have pointed out, it gets very hot in the main space when the sun is out as it was for our visit. However the bedroom is shaded and therefore cooler, so sleeping wasn’t an issue. The only niggle was the lack of a toaster which would have been welcome to toast the bread which was part of the otherwise delicious breakfast. However this was a minor point and the studio was otherwise a very comfortable place to stay.

We had a great stay in Leeds at Sat's apartment. Really great location. Very easy to walk everywhere , but in a quiet spot. The flat was lovely and comfortable and easy instructions to check in

A charming well appointed little apartment. It was beautifully clean and tidy. If Main Street Haworth is your focus it’s quite a steep walk to get there but worth it. Having free parking so close is a real bonus. Dealing with Ruth was easy and she was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed 2 nights for a local wedding and it was perfect for what we needed! Zoe was very responsive when I had questions and resolved a quick query promptly. The beds were very comfortable and had everything you need for a great weekend away. Zoe even provided welcome drinks, snacks and a cot/highchair for my young daughter, a huge help! If you’re sensitive to light, bring an eye mask as there’s no black out blinds in the master, and the bathroom is quite small if you have mobility issues, but this wouldn’t stop me from staying again or recommending. Thanks Zoe!

A lovely apartment which was clean & fresh upon check-in. The location was great for what we needed and the host was reliable and responsive! The only downfall was the size of the sofa bed. Despite saying it was double, there was no way 2 people could fit and sleep on there. Thank you ☺️

Such a lovely place to spend a week whilst I was working in the area. It’s such a lovely flat and I really didn’t get the chance to enjoy it fully. The area was nice, we used some of the local shops and the big nearby Tescos. There is a ln incredible wood nearby and we drove past it everyday on the way to where we were working, I’d have loved to have gone for a walk in it. I’d highly recommend this property for a short of long visit. Perfect ♥️

A lovely cottage in a lovely town. Super comfortable beds and a great shower. Well equipped kitchen and the garden overlooking the river was a delight….very friendly neighbours, too! We would definitely stay again. Ten out of ten.

We had a wonderful stay in the cottage. Check in was easy and the welcome instructions were very clear and helpful. They also had some lovely local recommendations for walks and places to visit. the cottage was beautiful furnished, clean and cosy. We will happily stay again!

Gorgeous cottage, clean, very well equipped and lovely touches with the welcome box left for us. Bed very comfortable and lovely new kitchen too. The garden was very welcoming too and beautifully kept. We very much hope to stay again.

Great little find. Helens communication was first class. The place was just the right size for us, had all we needed especially as we ate in half of the time. very hot week and the property being split level helped, as the downs stairs bedroom was nice and cold. very clean neat and tidy. Would I come again? sure, if it was not so far away.

Beautiful home with a scenic and quiet landscape. Seriously endless views from a majority of the rooms. Neighborhood was super nice. Each room was very comfortable and had a good amount of privacy with all the bathrooms. Sad we didn’t get to utilize the bbq as we had originally planned to. 100% would stay here again. Deck was awesome, kitchen was fancy and the layout was ideal for a large gathering if necessary. Only negative could potentially be parking but we were able to fit 2 vehicles without issue.

The lodge was very compact and perfect for our stay. There is everything you need inside and was very comfortable. The location was very quiet and hidden away which was lovely and relaxing. It was also a good location for our visit to Leeds. Thank you Andrew for making our stay pleasurable.

Ahmeds place is simply perfect, very quiet and peaceful yet only a short stroll to busier areas. The apartment is fabulous, very modern yet cosy and comfortable. This place i would highly recommend. We are booking again for Autumn as it was fabulous. The host: Ahmed is a fantastic host. He met us at the apartment and gave us the grand tour. Very flexible with check in/out times. On hand any time if you require anything. All in all, we would give this place 10/10

I was looking for somewhere to stay after a gig at Old Woollen and this was the ideal location. Ryan sent me clear instructions in plenty of time to make finding the property straightforward. I received a warm welcome and some great recommendations for places to eat and drink during my stay. The room was immaculate, clean, comfortable and looked just like the photos. The bathroom was just as good. Highly recommended.

Historic 16th Century farmhouse annex set in its own woodland. Located in the heart of Bronte country and offering stunning panoramic views over Thornton valley. It’s a perfect location for those who enjoy privacy, yet still accessible for nearby amenities in Allerton and Bradford. Jenni and Roger are the perfect hosts! Very friendly and always on hand to offer assistance and advise if required. Ideal for business trips but even better for a getaway vacation. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and I highly recommended it to others! 5 Stars

Perfect location for a couple of nights in Harrogate. Wonderful apartment, very tastefully done. Rachael was very responsive and gave plenty of clear instructions. Couldn’t fault it!

We loved our stay the apartment was beautiful and super clean had everything we needed for our weekend break away with our Puppy Ralph. The bed was super comfy... The apartment is peaceful and very homely the welcome pack was so lovely and a really nice touch thank you. Ashley and Catherine were very helpful and replied super fast to all my messages... We were sad to leave and cannot wait to visit again.
