Our stay at this beautiful home was incredible. The views of the bush and lake are amazing, and all the rooms of the house were stunning. You feel super secluded but with everything close by. Ken was great with communication.

Roger was an excellent host! Very accommodating and even prepared eggs and bread for breakfast the next day. The couple were very friendly on arrival and mentioned we had all day for check-out since it was raining. Highly recommend Robyn's nest hideaway for your next airbnb in Ports Stephen!

A beautiful house in a fantastic spot near Birubi beach and the Tomaree Coastal walk. The layout is great and the house is very stylish. The spa was awesome. Seem small at first but really deep and heats up within 2.5 hours. Plenty of space in the house for a family of 5. Walkable to Birubi beach (10 mins) which is patrolled with a cafe and is great for boogie boarding. Join the coastal walk only 1 min walk away, bring hiking boots as can be a bit muddy/rocky.

Stayed at this tiny home for my boyfriend’s surprise birthday trip. He was absolutely amazed by the place. Both the tiny home and the views. The outdoor fire was definitely the best part. It was such a cozy and perfect place to stay for the winter. Would definitely go back and recommend to everyone else!!

This is a lovely retreat which makes you feel on top of the world - with incredible views north over the Port Stephens peninsula. At night the stars are incredible. The house itself is modern, clean and fresh with everything you'd need - and the beds are very comfortable. The communal spa and pool is beautiful - and the water temperature was perfect. The whole place feels like a mini private resort. Jane was very communicative with clear instructions. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place perfect for our stay. we were visiting family in the area. The house had everything we needed amd was very central. Robert was a flexible responsive host whom I would highly recomend the location is superb and the views stunning....Maybe don't go in the middle of a severe flood warning if you really want to appreciate the magnificicent views......Robert even offered his local knolwledge on alternate routes due to the weather. All in all a great experience except for the rain, but I am from England so it was like home from home for me... :-)

We had an amazing time at this property! From the moment we booked, Sandy was outstanding—super communicative, incredibly flexible, and genuinely accommodating. She went above and beyond to make our stay special, even hanging up a birthday sign for my father-in-law, which was such a thoughtful touch! The house itself was perfect for our family. The kids were thrilled with the games room—it kept them entertained for hours. We also loved having separate living areas for some quiet time, as well as a spacious communal area where we could all come together and relax. It’s clear Sandy pays attention to the little details that make a big difference. We felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and heartwarming getaway!

Lovely bright airy quiet house with a great backyard for pets. Walking distance from shops and the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely clean apartment would highly recommend

The studio was sparkling clean and the bed was really comfy. The reverse cycle AC made the studio cozy on a cold winter weekend and there is a great pub only one block away with excellent food. Cath and Alex were very friendly and helpful both before we arrived as well as during our stay. Overall it was excellent value for money. We had a great weekend and we will be back for our next Newcastle visit.

We had an incredible time at Vicki's place. The location is excellent, and the natural light in the apartment makes you want to stay in all day. It was spotless and had all the appliances we needed. If we return to Shoal Bay, we would definitely book it again. Vicki was very helpful and responsive, when we accidentally locked ourselves out, she had it sorted within 15 minutes. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would absolutely recommend this place 100%. It was phenomenal.

Our stay with Bree was amazing. Great location and beautiful surroundings with lots of things to see and do around. Bree was a great host and was really friendly and responsive with everything we needed. Would definitely come and stay again!

Jonathan is the most amazing host. The apartment is absolutely breathtaking and I was not prepared for the view. The place is of a high standard of quality and cleanliness. The kitchen is equipped with quality supplies. And the kitchen towels are abundant and fresh (I'm a chef so this was so beautiful to see) everything there that you would need for a home away from home. luxury bathroom with more than adequate supplies. Peaceful, safe, amazing living and dining area, the most freshest bed I've ever slept in. Thank you so much, Jonathan for having me. I recommend this place so highly and with the assurance that it's the best airbnb I have ever stayed and will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful location, stunning views from the balcony! We were even joined by 6 rainbow lorikeets when we arrived. The flat was spotless, easy to access and Brent was a responsive host. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Needing somewhere to stay while working in the area & wow what a find! I couldn’t wait to finish work and get back to enjoy this place. Bonus having a beautiful dog greeting. Hosts are down to earth great people and make ya feel at home while also giving you privacy. I absolutely loved the uniqueness & detail and all the comforts of home plus more!

This place was incredible! This holiday unit was beautiful, clean, ocean view, spacious and with all the amenities available including the pool and gym- I could not recommend this place enough. Lorraine was nice and really easy to communicate with, Thankyou for letting us stay at your place 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Adam's place. Loved the large deck - great for kids and adults alike. Everything was as per the description and photos on the website. It is a lovely open plan space. Everything you might need is within walking distance supermarket, bakery, Cafe, Golf Club. Playgrounds and of course the beach and river. Hawks Nest is a beautiful place we will be back.

The apartment and the amenities are outstanding. We returned here because we had to extend staying away from our house because of renovations. This was our first choice and u cannot recommend it enough. What really does need highlighted is how much of an outstanding history Connie is. She was so understanding, compassionate, super friendly and flexible. She deserves 10 stars.

We have been on a lengthy road trip and Bill’s place was our favourite out of every where we stayed. The views were amazing, everything we could need was catered for and we felt very comfortable and at home. Would have extended our stay if we weren’t on a schedule so will have to come back another time. Not sad about it-a wonderful part of the world and an awesome accommodation option 🙂

hosts were really lovely and even left home made cookies for arrival! Lovely clean apparentment close to the beach and walks. I didn't realise there was no oven so that was the only downside for us but it was great value for the money

Wow, this garden apartment is fabulous. Arrival was easy & straight forward. On entering, I was pleasantly surprised. The apartment is so spacious, bright & airy and the proportions are very generous. A rare find indeed. The kitchen is lovely with everything you could possibly need. The bedroom is roomy and the bed devine, so comfortable. The bathroom is large & bright with a spacious shower & a separate bath.. There is a well equipped gym and a lovely swimming pool, all on the same level as the apartment.. both well used by us.. We loved it so much that we will make a night stop, room only, on our return.
