Great place to stay! We felt right at home!

We stayed at Jill’s place for three nights and really enjoyed our time. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The surrounding area was walkable to many restaurants, bars, live music, ice cream and cvs.

We really enjoyed our stay at Richard’s place! He was an awesome host - he welcomed us into his home and gave us plenty of tips and advice for our time in Nashville. The space itself was great. Very spacious and Richard had thought of all the amenities that might be needed. Great location, close to lots of shops and the bus route to downtown. Cheers Richard! 😊

Our stay was amazing! We went out to compete in a volleyball tournament, and have a nice place to stay once we were finished and on days off. Couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful location, and the indoor space was even better than expected! Paula even invited us to come out and have s’mores on Memorial Day Saturday, and her husband was always very kind if we ever crossed paths out and about. Best Air B&B stay we’ve had!

This was the absolute perfect stay. It was so peaceful, quiet, clean, (cute). Julie is also so incredibly sweet. Would stay here again no question. Lovely home!

The "Lyric" was as advertised and met all our expectations! (Especially convenient for any activity associated with Lipscomb.) We felt comfortable right away. (As others have mentioned, this location may be a challenge for any who have difficulty with stairs. But once inside there are no issues with getting around the space.) Host were great. Though we really didn't need anything as all was taken care of.

Wonderful place that was very close to Broadway! The apartment was right by the elevators so very convenient, but not noisy at all. Parking was super close to the lobby doors as well. Everything was super clean and she had just about everything you could think of in the kitchen and bathroom in case you needed anything. Lindsey was very nice and made sure to even reach out to let us know that the cleaners finished early if we wanted to check in early. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if we decide to come back down!

This was such a wonderful getaway from the noise of the city. The yard and the garden was kept so well. It was absolutely a delight to stay here.

Awesome home, relaxing, peaceful and comfortable. I came all the way from the Big Island of Hawaii and this was my first time in Tennessee. The location was perfect for the event at the Factory. We stayed two days and we where very happy. Thank you Audrey for the great restaurants suggestions. We loved it. Thoughtfully and well stocked with cooking supplies and things to do. Great location! And the house is amazing. Felt like we should be touring it instead of staying in it. Even my 7 year old keeps begging me to take him back. Highly recommend

Strongly recommended. Immaculate property in terms of convenience, sense of safety, location, amenities, cleanliness and interior decor. Landscaping is well maintained. We had some special needs, I had to request prior and host accommodated to them. They are responsive to in situ situations and were quick to help on a Sunday. Walking distance from bespoke cafes. We've been to AirBNBs in several countries and many states (and elsewhere in Nashville) and this was definitely one of our all-time faves. The way Kelli and Sarah use every inch of space inside Flatrock House yet make it feel spacious, full of light, and uncluttered is inspiring. Our hosts’ recommendation printouts were indispensable, our dog loved the enclosed backyard (and the modest pet fee). Cool selection of books/games/records, an awesome projector, a very cookable kitchen setup. Kelli and Sarah were so responsive and helpful as hosts while making us feel like we were all alone on our own quiet property. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a unique, great-value/immaculate-vibes stay in Nashville as many other options grow increasingly antiseptic, expensive, and management company–ish. The personal touch and perfect little home here really make Flatrock House stand out.

Everything was perfect, spotless and very welcoming. A perfect place to take your mind off everything, 5 stars is an understatement.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy and comfortable home! The location was perfect if you are visiting the Franklin area and the little towns arounds. The scenic drive to town was amazing!

I cannot say how wonderful this stay was. The timing and the reason I needed a beautiful retreat made it all the more special. This place will have you cozied up after a long day but hard to leave because it’s so stunning! Four nights was just not enough and I cannot wait to come back! Thank you for the magical experience

Nice clean place. Thought it was a little larger from the pictures you wouldn’t want more than 2 people in it. Pool was a little scary clean wise!

Shannon’s place was perfect for my boyfriend and I to get away for a couple days ! Conveniently located (could either walk or a quick 6 min uber/lyft) super close to the airport ! 100/10 would stay here again!

Zac was extremely easy to communicate with, we had no issues during our stay. Check in and check out instructions given were clear and easy! Was a good location with places to eat walkable distance and a close uber drive to downtown/Broadway just like stated in the description!

James had a great place to stay for a couple of nights when visiting. Very private, quiet, and clean. Very short drive to everything you’d need when in Nashville.

Had a great stay in Nashville at Amy’s place!! It had everything you need! The Airbnb was very cute and had enough space for our group to sleep and hang out! Close to Broadway and a Starbucks for your morning coffee. We enjoyed the Speakeasy that was in the building one night, very cool vibe! We didn’t have time to utilize the pool but looked nice! Amy wad always very responsive for all of our needs during our stay!

This place was super convenient to things in town and also the pool was a nice relaxing place to pass the time. Kitchen is small but fully equipped with whatever you might need to cook a meal. Definitely recommend!

Enjoyed our stay!! Jimmy sent detailed and clear instructions about everything we might possibly need to know for the weekend. Good location- about 10-15 minute drive from all of the areas we wanted to visit. The space was spotless and we would definitely stay here again!
