Condo vacation rentals in Harpeth River

I booked last minute for a quick weekend trip and the location was perfect for us, everything was within walking distance: broadway, the farmers market, Brooklyn bowl. The place was in a nice quiet spot so I’d def stay again

We had a great stay at this place, clean, spacious place to stay at. 10 minuet walk from broadway, great instructions on how to get there. The only thing is there’s no parking for this building so you would have to find nearby parking, but other than that we had a great time. :)

When we come to Nashville for concerts we always book with Katie for a night because it always feels like a nice lil get away. Katie's place is always clean, cozy and enjoyable to stay at! She is incredible responsive and always very kind! The condo we stayed at this time had a great balcony overlooking the river with chairs and a table we had complimentary coffee at in the morning before checkout and it was nice to watch the boats and relax. There's also all the amenities you need for a good stay. Katie's our favorite host to stay with and we will definitely be back when there's another show in town!

This place is a HOMERUN! We had a great stay at this apartment in Nashville! The place was clean, very spacious, and nicely decorated. It's in excellent condition and located in a perfect spot—just a short distance from downtown and view of the Baseball stadium, which made it very convenient to explore the city. One thing to be aware of is that the walls and ceilings can be quite noisy. Sounds from the upstairs neighbors were clearly audible and could be a bit disruptive at times. The nearby train, on the other hand, wasn’t too bothersome at all. As a tip for the host: the Wi-Fi connection was quite unstable during our stay, which made it difficult to use the internet or watch TV. Improving this would really enhance the experience for future guests. (We did report, and action was taken/offered instantly. 5 stars!) That said, we truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend the apartment. The quality, its size, and stylish decor made it a very pleasant place to stay.

Repeat visitor and will be back again. So convenient and everything is so easy, right down to the free parking that is an extreme rarity in 12 South. We should note that this is one of the cleanest AirBNBs in which we have ever stayed. Add in tons of shopping and food right outside your door and it’s a perfect setting.

Would definitely stay here again! Easy check-in & parking. Place was very clean! Far enough from noise but close enough to enjoy going out to Broadway. Great location. And the hosts were always responsive- I appreciated the fact they were willing to stay up later just to ensure I got checked in with no issues seeing I couldn’t make it up during the check in hours due to work. Highly recommend!

Amazing place to stay in Nashville. The unit is clean , beautiful , and has everything you could possibly need. The location is walking distance to Nissan Stadium and Broadway and also has great local restaurants. I will definitely book this again on my next trip to Nashville.

Jennie and Maureen were great hosts and very accommodating/responsive. The condo was clean and an easy walk to Broadway. The rooftop was a nice addition and good spot to hang out. Would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Nashville!

Don’s place was perfect—just enough space, close to the pool, easy to find. The bed was super comfy which was a plus. The space was decorated beautifully. Don was quick to respond to all questions. I would stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Riverfront Yall! The view was nice and the location was great—quiet, yet just a short drive to downtown. The space was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. Katie was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend for a getaway with great access to the city!

This place was so awesome. Very well thought out in the little details — a steamer, bathroom loaded with q-tips, makeup wipes, poopurri and funny little cards, both pool towels and regular towels, a fully-stocked coffee bar equipped with syrups, sugars and creamers, and huge bed options — queen bunk beds and a pull out couch. A great stay for a group of 4, or even more! Andrew was very helpful and gave me a call when looking for the gym and everyone was super friendly through text. Great stay!

Amazing stay! Stayed during CMA Fest week and it was super walkable (a little more than a mile) to all CMA Fest activities and Nissan stadium. The property was quiet, clean, and just as described. I felt safe even walking at night. Bekah gave clear check in and check out instructions. Would stay again!

We absolutely loved our time at The 1865 in Nashville! Debbie was a great host and was helpful and responsive when we needed to contact her. The buikding and apartment are really cool and we loved the Speakeasy in the basement.

I cannot say enough great things about this Airbnb and its perfect location 😍. Marshall and Carolyn were very communicative; Broadway is just a quick 10-15 minute walk away; The place was really clean and spacious; The couch and bed were super comfortable; and There are a ton of great finds within a 2-3 block radius: •Tipsy Scoop is literally next door, and the perfect boozy frozen treat (mango margarita, please) •Martin’s BBQ Joint has such good bbq •Parlor Donuts might just be the best donuts in the US 😉 •Sprocket Rocket Party Bike - book it, and ask for Geoff (trust me). Next time I’m in Nashville. I’m coming back here.

The location of this unit is absolutely fantastic. Close to so many great local spots and easy to get to downtown as well. Carrie is extremely responsive and helpful!

My fiancée and I had an amazing time staying here while we visited Nashville! The room was very clean and spacious! Plenty of things to do nearby! A lot of places to eat within walking distance! Would highly recommend for anyone else! We felt right at home!

The condo was perfect for our visit for CMA Fest. Such a great location, bonus: lots of available parking and very safe area. Everywhere we went was walkable & hosts gave great recommendations for restaurants, bars, grocery shopping and entertainment nearby. The place was clean, offered a lot of amenities and we would definitely love to stay there again. Thank you for a memorable trip!
