Vacation rentals with lake access in Harpeth River

Very spacious home with a lovely sweeping yard and a pool. We fished right off the small dock and my son was delighted that he just kept pulling them in every time he dropped a line. The house is equipped with everything you need and the location is fantastic - close to the highway and Nashville but it still feels like a getaway. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our weekend! Everything was exactly how described in the description. My kids loved the backyard and the access to the lake was so nice. We would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay, on the water, boat dock, close to stores and restaurants, host made us feel at home and checked in quite often to make sure our stay was going good. This house has everything you could need.

We had a fantastic experience working with Jackson and Suzie - they are truly above and beyond! Case in point: one day during our visit, we locked ourselves out of the house. I messaged Suzie, and she was there in a matter of minutes to unlock the door for us. Another day, after some severe storms overnight, Suzie messaged the next morning just to check on us. Their communication was top-notch...they always responded very quickly to any messages and were so helpful with answering questions. Their home was spotlessly clean and was extremely well-stocked with linens, kitchen supplies, paper products, etc. to make for a smooth stay. They provided a garage door opener for us to use - it was SO nice being able to park in the garage. The neighborhood was quiet and was very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, downtown Franklin, and the interstate. I highly recommend this home and the wonderful hosts who made it such a comfortable and cozy place for our family to stay!!

Great spot on the Harpeth River! Really comfortable king sized bed and spotless linens and towels (which isn’t always the case at some air bnbs!) Very accommodating, kind hosts. The kitchen had tons of spices and plenty of cooking ware, etc. My husband and son put our kayak into the river right off the property without a problem and caught several large mouth bass. I enjoyed walking and jogging along the small road that runs parallel to the river. Super private location and plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 small kids. Easy 45 minute drive into Nashville as well. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a river cabin central/west Tennessee for a weekend stay!

Our stay was very nice. View of the river was nice. Parking was a nice feature for sure. Walkable to many places.

Vicki was very kind and welcoming to me and my children during our stay. I enjoyed getting to chat with her and it was nice that she was close for the duration of our stay. Such a nice place! Very clean, modern and appeared fairly new. Comfy bed. Very roomy. Christina was so thoughtful, above and beyond other AirBNBs I’ve stayed in, and I’ve stayed in a lot of them. You’ll love this place!

This cute little apartment was gorgeous! Such great picture taking areas, like in the pictures. I would say this place comfortably fits only 4 people, 6 people would have been really inconvenient because of the bedding situation. Other than that, the place was adorable & the bunk beds were comfy!

Loved our stay here! The house was perfect for our family and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The area is beautiful and peaceful. Being right in the lake, we enjoyed fishing off the pier daily as well as close by pontoon boat rental to spend our me day out on the lake. Would definitely stay here again! This was our first experience staying at an Airbnb and we have nothing but great things to say. The house was clean and inviting, and the amenities were more than adequate. We slept really well on the bed and there was plenty of space to hang our clothes in the walk in closet. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items, plates, glasses, even wine glasses. The information center on the counter had informative guides. We can't say enough about the view from the upstairs living room and from both patios. We wanted to stay longer! We love Tennessee and hope to be back to the Cozy Cottage soon! Joe and Cindy Taylor

Dora is an excellent communicator! She provided very clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The dishes, utensils, and dish soaps were very well organized and labelled. She was very responsive when we had a question before we arrived. The cabin has several "extra" touches, such as TVs in the upstairs and downstairs sitting areas and in almost every bedroom, lots of puzzles and games, and kayaks that we would have used if it had been warmer. I would say it is the best Air BNB we have stayed at. Would definitely return if we need to be back in the area.

I was surprised when originally it said check in time was 5:00 PM couple days prior to checking in. I did reach out and he responded right away that nobody was there day before and we could check in anytime after 1:30 which was a huge relief. I had not seen a check in time when I booked. Everything about the place was as described and perfect. Note: there are no lights on the dock for night fishing. Matt at no time said there were and when I asked him if there was a place to turn on lights he actually said we could run into town purchase something and he would reimburse us. I thought that was going above and beyond. Fishing was great. It was a very nice place. I did pay more than I usually do after fees and taxes more than I usually do per night. After our stay I would be tempted to pay the money to stay there in the future. Matt is a great host.
