The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

Exterior seating on all sides. Road all the way to the front and possibility for charging electric car on the plug. Jacuzzi that holds 40 degrees year round. Beautiful Sauna. Here you live in the middle of a nice hiking areas, with a lot of forest and trails right outside the door. There is also proximity to golf course and Hesnes Hartneri, as well as the Marivold swimming area. Short way to the zoo in Kristiansand. Here you wake up to birds singing and no noise We have a gated garden and plenty of room. We do not want partying or youth groups.

The road has a toll booth at both ends. 100 m from bicycle route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. You don't need a fishing license.

Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

It is only 6 km to drive to Grimstad city centre, and about 15 km to Arendal. Kristiansand Zoo is 26 minutes by car. Arendal and Grimstad Riding Club is about an hour's drive away.
