Vacation rentals with a patio in Grimstad

Nice place with garden not far from Arendal city center, the hosts were very nice, were picked up at the train station and borrowed the bike from them too:) Recommend the place if you are thinking of a trip here

Elin is a welcoming and extremely pleasant host who is flexible when needed and easy to communicate with. The apartment was inviting and nice, with a lovely private terrace. The place was excellent for our needs and is located by a beautiful river with good swimming and fishing opportunities. An incredible bakery 3-5 min by car away and what is needed of grocery stores and restaurants not far away. We will definitely return here if the opportunity arises:)

Practical and cozy apartment with amazing views. Strict and modern. A little smaller than we thought, but great to have as a base for our stay in Southern Norway.

A modern, quietly located house – clean, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The contact was always friendly and professional. The house rules, cleaning instructions and helpful information about the stay were available in the accommodation. Questions were answered quickly and reliably. I highly recommend the place and would love to come back anytime.

I was on a business trip and the apartment was perfect for my use. A private balcony towards the marina was an extra plus.

Perfect location for us as close to family. But it’s a great location outside of the city centre - could see deers in the garden.

Had some nice days here. The kids had a short distance to the playground and beach. Beautiful view. Recommended.

Great house and great location.

We stayed in the area for a friend’s wedding and had the most wonderful stay. Great communication from the host. The house and surrounding garden was absolutely beautiful, exactly as described. We loved using the paddle boards and the hot tub. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

Tip-top, top, thumbs up! Great new house with everything you might need. Perfect for families with children with access to toys, trampoline and the possibility of other equipment such as a high chair, etc. if desired. Playgrounds, nice hiking areas and nearby beaches. Great location right between the city center and Dyreparken (about 15 min each direction). Short drive to grocery stores and pharmacy. Cozy host who provided good information ahead of time and responded quickly to questions. There were 10 of us (6 adults and 4 children) and we had plenty of room. We gladly came back. :)

We were two families with children who enjoyed it. The location was absolutely perfect with lovely views and a short drive to Kristansand and Dyreparken. The outdoor area was just perfect for big and small. The host was friendly and responded in a short amount of time. It's a lot possible we choose exactly this place again. Would definitely recommend this place!

Such an amazing place and location. The house was gorgeous, and the hosts were so helpful. They even left fishing poles for my son to use, so sweet. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Very nice, cozy and clean house with everything you need. Quiet location, but still easy to get to the center of Arendal. For families with small children, it is great that the garden is fenced in and there is a child safety gate on the stairs. There is also a sandbox, toys and various amenities for children.

The second time we rented the apartment, and again it couldn't have been better! Very nice landlords and clean, tidy and nice! Recommended!

A bright and beautiful, spotless apartment in quiet surroundings! The choice of colors makes the apartment an oasis where you can recharge your batteries after content-rich days in Kristiansand and the surrounding area. Short distance to the city center and Dyrepark. Vilde is an incredibly friendly and thoughtful host. We have had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend her!

this was a fantastic home to come to, beautiful and tidy and nice. We had a great time in the apartment and had everything we needed in the area, both bus stop and several shops and eateries. A great stay – highly recommended! We had a wonderful stay here! The place was both cozy and spacious – perfect for family time with the kids. The surroundings were scenic and invited both relaxation and excursions. Kjetil provided an excellent service and generously shared his personal recommendations for local experiences, fishing spots and much more, which made our stay extra special. You can really feel that they put their heart into hosting here. We are going home with wonderful memories and can without hesitation recommend the place to all our friends and family. We would love to come again!

We only spent 1 night in the apartment. Everything was great and we had good contact with Kamil and Mariam. You can also stay longer and feel at ease here
