Mountain home paradise quiet home just above Eagle

Amazing spot, 1 mile N of I70 but worlds away. Great view from the deck, nice private location. We are a very active outdoor couple that are more than happy to share local info, help plan... we do just about every outdoor sport there is, and are happy to give any beta we can. We also have river toys (a raft, 2 paddleboards, a duckie/ inflatable kayak, and 3 hardshell kayaks) that can be Borrowed in exchange for wine ;). The space is all yours with a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, laundry and private entrance with parking. We are in the center of Colorado's mountain biking community with a 100 miles of single track. You’ll love our place because of the location, the outdoors space and our cozy safe neighborhood.
