Lock off basement within walking distance to Colorado river and hiking trails. Just a 20 minute drive from Glenwood Springs and 30 minute drive to Vail and Beaver Creek and a little over 1 hour from Aspen. The apartment is locked off from the main residence with private access and a fenced in backyard. Premises does have 2 parking spaces available but may accommodate a trailer or camper with notice. Three more miles up the road is Sweetwater Lake and the jump off area for the White River National Forest and the Flat Tops Wilderness area. Glenwood Springs is 32 miles down creek/river. Great access to hiking, floating, biking (Glenwood Canyon) and hunting, or best yet relaxing next to a beautiful creek. Brink's Outfitters at Sweetwater Lake has horses and guides for riding.

The suite was originally the milking room of our historic red barn. A queen sized bed, full bath with a claw foot tub, full kitchen and a gas (free standing) fireplace make the Barn Suite a unique and pleasing country getaway. Starting January 1, 2025 we will not be serving breakfast but we will be providing Coffee, Teas and creamer in the cabins.
