Monthly Rentals in Franklin

We really enjoyed the apartment. The space was very tidy and clean. We particularly found it very convenient for long walks and eating out. The restaurants within proximity to the apartment were outstanding. All and all, we had a very nice stay.

We loved it. Thoughtfully and well stocked with cooking supplies and things to do. Great location! And the house is amazing. Felt like we should be touring it instead of staying in it. Even my 7 year old keeps begging me to take him back. Highly recommend

Perfect for my needs!

Jason & Mindy's place was tastefully decorated and very private: big, comfortable bed; great living room with a nice sofa and state of the art television; very clean bathroom with lots of towels; convenient kitchen and closet; beautiful yard and gardens. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Thank you Jason & Mindy for provoding such a wonderful place to stay. 🌹
