Cottage vacation rentals in Franklin

We really enjoyed our time here. We were able to visit family we had not seen in years, and the space was large enough to accommodate our group.

We loved staying at Matt and Wes’ while in Nashville. It was the first time we traveled with our infant daughter and their space was perfect. Covered patio for playing outside (even during a fun thunderstorm), black out blinds so our baby could nap, beautiful kitchen and super comfy beds.

I was surprised when originally it said check in time was 5:00 PM couple days prior to checking in. I did reach out and he responded right away that nobody was there day before and we could check in anytime after 1:30 which was a huge relief. I had not seen a check in time when I booked. Everything about the place was as described and perfect. Note: there are no lights on the dock for night fishing. Matt at no time said there were and when I asked him if there was a place to turn on lights he actually said we could run into town purchase something and he would reimburse us. I thought that was going above and beyond. Fishing was great. It was a very nice place. I did pay more than I usually do after fees and taxes more than I usually do per night. After our stay I would be tempted to pay the money to stay there in the future. Matt is a great host.

Everything was clean and the space was perfect for a couple. About 15 minutes from broadway. Hot tub was very clean. There's a lot of rules to follow but it's pretty straight forward. We pretty much used the place to sleep and shower and hang out between exploring Nashville.

Denise was a great host and the property was beautiful and clean. Would definitely recommend the property and would definitely book again if I’m ever in the area again.

We loved our college roommates ladies' weekend at this cottage. The back porch swing and hot tub were great for catching up in. Valerie left thoughtful items around the home--music, timed candles, twinkle lights, complimentary goodies and some for purchase, bathrobes, lots of towels and wash cloths. Beautiful backyard view. We enjoyed shopping and eating in Nolensville and Franklin.

This is a beautiful place to stay! You will not regret it. Everything you can imagine is available for your stay. I would totally do an extended stay here. Everything’s pristine!! 10/10 would recommend!!

Unique and comfortable historic home close to downtown's shopping and restaurants.

It was a homecoming for my wife and I, we used to live in TN for 6 years & haven't been back since 2018. We adopted our 4 street dogs from Nashville & Memphis, all of them near the end of their life (age, arthritis, cancer, you name it). Plus we added two little daughters. This was a perfect place to get back to our "roots" and enjoy Tennessee. Kids enjoyed their rooms, we all slept great. It was February so weather was raining more than half the time but when it wasn't we certainly enjoyed the grounds. The creek is just great for a 7yo & 4yo to play in (safe and shallow). Perfect country get away for city dwellers. Thanks Josh!

This was our first experience staying at an Airbnb and we have nothing but great things to say. The house was clean and inviting, and the amenities were more than adequate. We slept really well on the bed and there was plenty of space to hang our clothes in the walk in closet. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items, plates, glasses, even wine glasses. The information center on the counter had informative guides. We can't say enough about the view from the upstairs living room and from both patios. We wanted to stay longer! We love Tennessee and hope to be back to the Cozy Cottage soon! Joe and Cindy Taylor

Would absolutely stay here again. Walkable to Main Street, Franklin, with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Walkable to a nice park with running paths for me and my pup. Felt right at home. Got a great nights sleep, great water pressure in the shower, beautiful back yard- note it is not fenced in, but still lovely.

We had a wonderful stay at Kathy's cottage! The place was clean and cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Kathy was a fantastic host, responsive and thoughtful, making sure we felt right at home. The location was perfect, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to local spots. Absolutely beautiful and cozy. We had a fantastic stay! I would give it more stars if I could. Not only did the not forget the 2nd B by including plenty of snacks but there was enough to make a hot breakfast. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and a delightful to communicate with. I would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful stay. A++

We enjoyed our stay at Michael’s home. We walked to 12 South every day, and felt right at home with all of the amenities. Would definitely stay again!

This is our second time having the pleasure of staying with Kimberly at her lovely cottage! We love the beautiful & peaceful location. There are lots of great restaurants and bars in the area as well. It’s always a great place to land and rest! Clean and comfortable! We will return! 😊

The space was clean, cozy, and the perfect setup for our time in Chattanooga. He went above and beyond with local recommendations—especially for food, hot chicken, and cool spots to explore around town. His tips really helped us make the most of our trip. Our stay was delightful. Nancy is wonderful, her dogs are adorable, the garden is beautiful and serene and lush, and even the fireflies added to the ambiance. We had the most relaxing and enjoyable time. Everything was set up and easy to figure out how to live respectfully in the cottage. We wanted for nothing and we were constantly finding new things that made us smile. Definitely a repeat visit if we come back out this way. Thank you Nancy!!

Just stayed at the cute cottage two nights while moving a family member to Nashville. Would have been great to stay longer and enjoy the cottage more. Place was clean, directions were great and check-in was easy. Would definitely stay again.
