Family-friendly vacation rentals in Fountain Valley

Yan’s place was exactly what we needed for a big family resting place. The expectations of the place were well communicated and friendly reminders were plastered all around the house to refer to on our last night and morning. Everyone had a great time, there was a point of great discomfort for me but after speaking with Yan, she assured me of a speedy solution.

My family of 4 absolutely loved staying here for the four nights. It was super clean, extremely well stocked, and comfortable. Not to mention the pool and jacuzzi, the view and the peace and quiet! We would without hesitation book here again! Camille was so nice and communicative we felt like we were staying at a friend’s house.

Was an amazing place to stay. I would absolutely do it again.

Jan and Dale's place felt like home. When we arrived we had a nice surprise from them, snacks, a bottle of wine and fresh flowers. The neighborhood felt friendly and it was a 5 minute drive from the beach. They exceeded our expectations and we hope to return soon!

Pleasant stay at Whitney’s, very clean. You can see the fireworks from the front yard, walkable to Disney but we Ubered for 5-6 dollars a ride.

This home was perfect for a laid back trip; the pool and hot tub were super relaxing, the backyard super private, and the inside was very comfortable and cozy. Jorgen was a very responsive and polite host! No trouble with parking, finding the place, or check-in. Jorgen made the entire process seamless so we could focus on our vacation. I would absolutely stay here again and appreciate Jorgen for opening his beautiful home to us!

Judy’s home was perfect for our family with littles, more than enough room and great backyard to wind down in before and after visiting the parks. Jacuzzi was amazing and ready for use when we arrived. Will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit!

Tony was extremely easy to work with. Very communicative. Any time i reached out to him, he responded promptly. The location was great and the airbnb was awesome. This place was exactly as advertised. We spent hours sitting outside in the yard relaxing during our stay which is exactly what we'd hoped for. The location was perfect: right near the beach and restaurants but in a quiet community. I'd love to stay here again.

Jay’s place was a perfect spot on Newport Peninsula. We walked everywhere ! Beach only 5 min walk down the street. We loved it was right across the street from Pavilions grocery, lots of places to eat and also Lido Marina! Location perfect, clean, lots of space, loved the 3 bedrooms & 2 baths and big kitchen! Sheri’s home is our go to place to stay when in Orange County. It’s in a quiet, beautiful and safe neighborhood. Places like Disneyland, Honda Center and Angels Stadium are very accessible from the house. The home is very well represented in the listing. It is very comfortable and homey and makes a great home away from home. The fully fenced in backyard is great for dogs and kids alike. Sheri is a proactive, friendly and easy to communicate with host. I would highly recommend booking Sheri’s home. We are already booked to be back!

Five stars, 100%, A+! If you have the chance to stay here at Tonya’s beach cottage, don’t miss it! Perfectly appointed, clean & spare but warm and welcoming design and furnishings. Darling neighborhood with lovely walkable streets and a flower-lined pedestrian bridge leading to the beach a short 10 min walk away. And Tonya’s hospitality is truly a gift that she enjoys sharing with others!!! Gorgeous charcuterie board and a bottle of chilled wine were waiting for us upon arrival. And, by some magical combo of a lovely mattress, crisp cool sheets and ocean air, I experienced truly great sleep! Thank you so much Tonya!

This place was such a gem! Got to meet the hosts and they were so sweet and and helpful. If you're anywhere near Ocean Ave for the weekend and need a peaceful little oasis, this is your spot! Comfortable, inviting place once you walk in and such a convenient walk to downtown area. Will definitely be booking again!

We just had an amazing week long vacation for our family of 5 at Sean's place. It had everything we needed and more! Just a few steps from the beach and Sean's place has all the amenities and beach accessories you'd need! (Bonus: the beach location is near the end of Newport beach, a bit quieter and less busy than main part of the beach). We had a great time and would highly recommend!

Great stay just a short walk from the beach. Perfect for a small group.

Dar is a really great host! He had it all set up so that the check in process was extremely easy. Dolphin Cove is really nice, there’s things to do while staying there and there’s a ton to do around the area as well. Would most definitely rebook in the future!

Susy was a great host. She checked in with us and made us feel very comfortable. She also helped look for some items we had left behind.

Charlotte’s place was super cute and so peaceful. We loved the outdoor area. It did not feel like we were in the heart of LA. The host was great, very good communication . Great stay, I would recommand it.

This home was beautiful, loved the stain glass windows. The pool was spacious enough to fit all of us. There is a variety of restaurant options, along with a grocery store, that is walking distance.

First off I want to say the pictures don’t do the back yard any justice. It’s so beautiful and the perfect get away trip without having to break the bank. Definitely worth every penny We loved it and we will be returning again! P.s. Just make sure you bring some bug spray there is a bunch of mosquitos in the back yard, we didn’t have any so don’t be us lol. 🙌

The house was exactly as pictured and described. The pool was great! I loved that they had toiletries, made it so easy to check in late and not have to immediately unpack. if we needed anything, Carmen responded within minutes! The drive to Disney was a BREEZE! The cottage was very cute and cozy. It was extremely clean! It was a great home-base for our adventures to Disneyland, the Queen Mary, and Hollywood. It was also convenient to local restaurants.

This place has an amazing value for the price! We could see the ocean from the villa, and the amenities at the resort were great. The villa itself was very spacious. I would stay here again.
