House vacation rentals in Fountain Valley

Great place to stay. We were in town for an event at the Convention center, which is a quick drive from this home. The house was clean, had comfortable beds, great bathrooms, and a well-stocked kitchen. The pool and hot tub were great as well. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, so we felt right at home.

It’s hard to put into words just how amazing our stay here was! First time to California with two children and it was like home from home! So much more was provided than expected to make it such an enjoyable stay! Levy was contactable any time if we had any issues and happy to provide info about things to do around the area! The pool was perfect and the boys spend many hours in it as well as the hot tub which was a godsend after a long day sight seeing or after theme parks! Super close to Disney as well! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. It’s refreshing to have a host that can’t do enough for you to make your stay enjoyable which levy certainly did! Thank you for everything and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we happen to visit California again! Orange county was by far our fav place including laguna beach! So location was perfect too! This home was beautifully decorated, well furnished and very clean! Both Harold and Jasper were very attentive and responded quickly. Our only disappointment was that the hot tub wasn't working properly when we stayed and we were really looking forward to that. They did try and repair it while we were there, but the issue wasn't resolved in time. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this property!

The home and setting is beautiful! Perfect for our family coming from far distances to celebrate a graduation from a local University. Ahn was very helpful and quick to respond and assist with any and everything. Hope to have the occasion to come back again!

Anthony and Janey’s home in Orange, CA was everything we hoped for and more! The location was perfect for our Disney family trip—just a short drive away and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The house looked exactly like the photos (honestly, even better in person) and was spotless, tidy, and beautifully maintained. The pool was clean and comfortably warm, the beds were super cozy, and the showers had amazing water pressure. Every amenity was in excellent condition, and you could tell they really put thought into making the home welcoming and functional. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Anthony and Janey were amazing super hosts—friendly, quick to respond, and super helpful throughout our stay. We loved the home so much we genuinely didn’t want to leave. Hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve had! We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in California.

The place was a great stay and it was minutes away from the location. It was really close to Disneyland. I really enjoyed how there is a projector and big couch, great to use after a long day of walking at the park.

We had a great time stay in this house. The kids love the pool. The house was clean and in a nice neighborhood, plus a huge park right next to the house. Shayla is nice, we would recommend people to stay in there!

Me and my family really enjoyed the place. The HOME was very nice clean and peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful as well. The host got back with me right away when I needed help with anything. I would definitely stay there again and refer anyone else I know that’s looking for a nice Airbnb.

Absolutely perfect stay!!! Loved the cleanliness and privacy of the room. The room was nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. Hosts were amazing and always responsive. Also loved that there were 2 laundry rooms provided. Highly recommend!

This space was everything we could have imagined and more! Cozy, quiet, and felt like home. One perk, that was essential for us, was being close to the beach. You walk through the back parking lot & you’re there! I’m home laundry was a huge perk as well. We did end up needing some assistance with a couple things around the home & our host responded right away (even called to help!). Being new to Cali was made so much easier with AvantStay. 10/10 recommend!

Being our first time in California, we didn't know what to expect as far as housing/neighborhoods went and we were nervous about ending up in a "rough" part of town. When looking around the area on street view, it definitely wasn't the same curb-appeal we're used to seeing on the east coast, but the photos of the inside were spectacular, great price and close to the things we wanted to do, so we went for it and boy are we glad we did. First thing we were wrong about was the "look/feel" of the surrounding neighborhood, turns out, most of CA looks like that, no lush green yards and lots of street parked cars seems to be the norm. During our stay, we never felt unsafe or uncomfortable with our surroundings. Our host was perfect, quickly responding to any questions that came up, regardless of time. The house is gorgeous, private and charming. The photos don't do it justice, this is the cleanest, most updated rental we've ever stayed in. If looking for a place near Disney: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This beautiful home was perfect for our stay for our daughter’s graduation from Chapman University. Great coffee and snacks were a surprise and much enjoyed. Market across the street was convenient for getting cream for our coffee. Very comfortable beds. AC was a bonus. Backyard space was lovely and not sure it was in any of the pics? Would highly recommend this home.🏡

This was my first time staying at an Airbnb, and I have to say—it was a fantastic experience. The home was beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Perfect house for reunion of two families during Graduation week and Disney trips. Spacious family/living room and comfortable and private bedrooms. We loved the large kitchen island and couch for our group. The kitchen was stocked with condiments, coffee and kitchenware— making our stay easy. There was even games to play with, but we never had the opportunity. Everything felt new, which is great. Kim was extra responsive. We lost Internet for a short period, but it was taken care of right away. Really appreciated that. The house is centrally located. 20 minutes from Disneyland and Little Saigon.

The place was super clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My boyfriend said it was the best sleep he’s ever had away from home, which says a lot! We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again!

The house was well supplied with everything we needed. Beautiful space, big bedrooms and bathrooms. Outdoor spaces were really nice for meals and meetings. Right near a pond and park and in a quiet neighborhood. Driveway had plenty of room for parking. It was a great space for us and we had all we needed!
