Monthly Rentals in Forest Lodge

We loved the Annandale neighborhood and staying in Sandra’s lovely guest house. A short walk from the light rail that can take you into downtown Sydney, we would also recommend stopping in for a quick breakfast at Cherry Moon General Store nearby. Would definitely be our No. 1 choice if we return to Sydney!

Jake's property is lovely, very home like feel, easy to settle in. I had a few minor maintenance requirements over my long stay and Jake was quick to respond and remedy. I felt like I was in a well loved home. The property had everything I needed for a long stay and I'm sad to leave. Thanks!

Malcom was very helpful throughout the booking process, and made us feel at home immediately we arrived. The unit is delightful, with natural light from the leafy verandah room giving a lovely feel. The main bed was very comfortable, and the second bed which we requested was comfortable also. Linen and towels were of very good quality, and the fridge, pantry and bathroom were well stocked. We were provided with fresh artisanal bread and croissants on our arrival - a thoughtful touch and much appreciated! The 470 bus stop is a few metres from the building entrance, and it’s a short trip to the city; restaurants and coffee shops are also close by. Thank you, Malcolm, for making our Film Festival holiday so enjoyable!

This was our second stay at this property, and we loved it both times. We could copy and paste last year's review. :) Offstreet covered parking was easy to access. Location is perfect. Facilities in the flat are excellent, and our host went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Arriving at the flat felt like coming home. We intend to stay again.
