The Salty Duplex (Right Side)

We are located uptown, only 4 minutes from Winchester Bay! The neighborhood is very quiet and comfy. There is a fully stocked kitchen with lots of gadgets, a Keurig coffee pot with a random assortment of kcups, Traeger and gas BBQ, and a bar for good conversation. In the Livingroom we have Spectrum cable TV and high speed WiFi. There are 2 bedrooms with one king and one queen bed both upstairs. There is plenty of room for an air mattress in the Livingroom, which is in the closet downstairs!

At the end of the road, this comfortable home offers solitude and a charming hobbit path to beautiful Heceta Beach. It's a great place for family fun or a romantic get-away. Well stocked for cooking and kicking back. The 2 upstairs bedrooms are in an open loft (with an enclosed bathroom dividing the two spaces. NOTE: We still allow pets, but have had numerous problems with irresponsible dog owners. Well-behaved dogs and owners who take responsibility for their pets are welcome.

This cabin was designed for 1-2 people looking to explore the beautiful Oregon coast and have a comfy place to relax after their adventures. We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

EV Destination! Seaside Escape at Heceta Beach

This stylish cozy home is a Masterpiece of design and Luxury. A lovely Beach house filled with comfort, but exudes modern elegance. As an extra perk it has an EV charger onsite. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths (sleeps 8) 3 1/2 minute walk to the sandy Beach. Minutes away from everything Florence has to offer. Including the quaint downtown area, lake and sand dunes. We are dog friendly, however, there is a $50.00 pet fee per stay. No parties please!
