This getaway is your ideal launch point for hiking, biking, day trips to the beach (15 minute drive) or simply a spot to enjoy the day away from the pesky winds and chilling fog of the coast.

Coast Road Cottage 2 - Seal Rock

This unique independent unit has a style all its own. Charming one bedroom unit with open living concept - kitchen, dining area, bedroom, and work space. Private bath with walk-in closet. Excellent, easy path down to the sandy beach. Front windows and deck are west-facing with some ocean view. Large yard, two decks, and outdoor hot tub, all for your use only. Seal Rock State Park is nearby, as are Newport to the north and Yachats to the south. 12% of rental fee is paid to the County for taxes.

Oakham House

A sweet, evocative historic house built in 1949, beautifully maintained and remodeled. This wonderful addition to Airbnb has 2 queen bedrooms upstairs, a gorgeous antique twin bed downstairs, and a detached bunkhouse that sleeps 4. This is perfect for a family, or even two families to share. It’s a peaceful spot with an enclosed backyard and covered deck, plus off-street parking next to the house. With so many interesting things to see and do in Florence, you'll love returning to Oakham House!

At this peaceful and centrally-located suite tucked behind a 1930’s home up a little hill, you will be close to everything important. Walk 1/5 of a mile to Old Town, where you may visit The Port of Siuslaw, many well known restaurants, art galleries and shops. Hwy 101 is a couple blocks away where our famous Pono Hukilau Restaurant is located. Walk a wee bit further to Exploding Whale Park and enjoy sitting on the river’s beach for a picnic or take a short drive to Heceta Beach for the day.

Sitting on nearly two acres of river front land, this tiny cabin is packed with charm. Enjoy the view of the beautiful Siuslaw River out of the large picture windows. This property is the perfect place to unplug from technology and plug into the great outdoors. Relax in the jacuzzi nestled in a grove of mature firs. A short drive (2-miles) from Winchester Bay where crabbing, fishing, the beach, and dunes are located. Minutes from downtown restaurants, shopping and boat launches. If you're a fisherman or ATV'r there is room to park your trailer in the spacious driveway. You will be able to keep a watchful eye on your trailer just outside your door.

There are two houses on this property and another cabin next door. All are independent free-standing houses and can be rented together or separately. The house was built in the 50's and still has a "cabin" feel. Cozy and spacious for a family.
