Quite and luminous studio to sleep 2, located on the left side of the river Arno, only at 30 yards/meters from Ponte Vecchio. The studio is on the third floor with lift and has a living room with parquet floor and a real double sized bed, bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchenette! the double glaze window is overlooking the main street and the bathroom window has mosquito net . it is also provided of air conditioning/heating, Wi-Fi connection and tv wall mount for all your conforts.

This is a refined double-volume apartment, ideal for a couple, but also for a family with 1-2 children. On the lower floor, there is the kitchen and the living room with a sofa (which can turn into a comfortable double bed), and on the upper floor, the double bed with a bathroom divided into 3 zones, making it unique. The room is characterised by shades of blue, and in respect of its historicity, the original stuccos on the ancient cross-vaulted ceilings have been preserved.
