An unforgettable stay in the heart of Florence! Our time in Oltrarno was nothing short of magical, and this apartment was a huge part of that experience. The space is beautifully designed—bright, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with authentic Florentine charm. Every detail was considered, from the comfortable bed to the well-equipped kitchen and peaceful ambiance. The location couldn’t be better. Tucked away on a quiet street just across the Arno, we were steps from artisan shops, cozy cafés, local markets, and some of the best trattorias in the city. It was the perfect blend of local authenticity and easy access to all the major sights. We were met upon arrival and couldn’t have been more welcomed. Paolo patiently walked us through the apartment, which—like many things in Europe—works a little differently than we’re used to in America. His warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel instantly at home and set the tone for an amazing stay! We can’t wait to return!!!

We had an absolute perfect stay in Salverio and Lorenzo's flat. It was incredibly spacious - very unusual to have a 3 bedroom/3 bath flat to rent in such a highly sought after part of Firenze. The decor was a perfect blend of antiques and art mixed with contemporary furnishings. Having a washer/dryer was a fantastic addition. Our favorite part of the flat was the rooftop terrace at sunset. You feel like you are on top of all of Firenze looking across the buildings. The duomo view was breathtaking. It was magical and truly stunning. The location could not be more suitable for proximity to all of the sights and indulge in luxury shopping. Salverio and Lorenzo were so helpful and accommodating. We will most assuredly be back! Thank you to you both!

This was our favorite stay on our trip! Great quiet location but close to all the sights. Mauricio’s place was gorgeous, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. 100% recommend!

Very nice apartment, tastefully decorated and well located! Very comfortable bed! Perfect bathroom with everything you need! If you go to bed early, the noise of the children in the park opposite can be a little disturbing! Restaurant suggestions are also very popular! The soundproofing of the accommodation is not great but normal because it is an old building! Thanks for everything Sylvia!

From the wall frescoes in the living room dating back to the 1700’s to the spacious bedrooms, a fully outfitted kitchen and two complete bathrooms, Elisabetta’s place has it all. The central location places it near all major tourist attractions in Firenze. It is a 10 minute walk from the central train station and less than 10 minutes to the Academia, Santa Maria Novella, Uffizi, Petti Palais and Boboli Gardens. There is a fantastic little coffeehouse right next door and a wine window two doors down. The apartment is situated in a really nice, lively area, with loads of restaurants, bars, pizzerias and , of course Gelateria. Elisabetta is a wonderful host and a fantastic communicator. We had tons of communication before our arrival to make it easy to navigate to the apartment. Check-in was a breeze, with a personal greeting and tour of the spacious and comfortable apartment. We loved Firenze and were so happy to have had such a great place to stay.

We immediately fell in love with this property. Everything here makes up the image that can be made of the beautiful Tuscan countryside. At the top of the hill overlooking the valley, the view is splendid and romantic. The property has been renovated with today's comforts while retaining its soul of yesteryear. You feel good there, the energy is beneficial, nature, animals, everything is in harmony! The welcome, Oscar's cooking, the superb swimming pool, the shaded terrace, the hearty homemade breakfasts! It's more than a favorite, this place is a gem! We'll be back!

Great location. Everything was in walking distance. Gives a feel of living amongst the locals. The appartment was really clean and nicely decorated. There were also nice amenities that we did not expect. Very much recommend.😊⚘️👌

I cannot recommend Anna e Isabella’s beautiful home highly enough. The villa is set in a beautiful garden that makes you feel as though you are miles away from the hustle and bustle , but walk out the front gate and walk for less than ten minutes and you are right in the middle of the action. As hosts,both Anna and Isabella were so friendly and accomodating. They gave us a thorough induction and some helpful advice of the local area then left us to enjoy their amazing villa. We were a family group travelling with a very inquisitive three year old , she adored having the freedom to run in the garden after a day of enforced cultural activities, and especially enjoyed making friends with the resident cat. If I am fortunate enough to return to Florence I would definitely stay here again . Thank you Anna e Isabella for your hospitality and for sharing your beautiful space with us. By far our favourite Airbnb and stay so far. La Velline is so incredibly stunning, the gardens, the room, the view, the pool everything is perfect. We did not want to leave, Chiara was so responsive in her communication and was so kind to give us a late check out so our baby could have his morning sleep before we left. If you are thinking of somewhere to stay in Tuscany look no further. 10/10! Thank you Chiara 😊

Lovely stay in this rural location. Comfortable, scenic, friendly hosts! Nice pool!! Clean and everything we needed! Massimo made us feel as comfortable as possible down to the details!! We loved Iris the dog too (and we think she loved us!) Recommend the meal which helped make my wife’s birthday very special.

Monica and Sandro are great hosts. We felt home right away. Their recommendations in the near area were all great. They know really great restaurants and places to buy olive oil nearby. And they always helped us when we needed some ideas on what to do or where to go. The home is on a calm hill in the middle of olive trees. We liked the place a lot. It was very hot during our stay so the pool helped to cool down during the daytime. We can fully recommend the place and enjoyed our two week stay. We will come back...

Benedetta is an amazing and gracious host, the property was easy to locate and the room was beautiful, absolutely amazing Tuscan style with beautiful views and a private pool. She also recommended us a restaurant for dinner and that was one of the beat meals we had in Italy! 100% recommend

We loved out stay… so peaceful with beautiful views from the pool and yet so close to the things that you want to see in Tuscany.

Rafaella's place was nothing short of amazing! We had such a great time her place had everything you could need and more. She and her husband were super responsive. My only wish is that I wish it was warmer so that we could have enjoyed their beautiful outdoor space more. They even gave our girls sweet easter eggs. A super nice place, a stone's throw from many highlights. Despite the central location and the hustle and bustle on the street, it is very quiet and peaceful in the apartment itself. Highly recommend for anyone looking to discover Florence.

The apartment is in a beautiful village. We had a few problems, but we talked to Paolo and he solved them right away. We were very comfortable. I recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely Florence apartment. Being close to a bus route made our arrival super easy, no need to drag heavy bags across town! Check-in was smooth with a lockbox, and we found the apartment spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The bed was great (we slept really well!) and we loved having an open wardrobe for easy storage. The compact kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathroom had excellent water pressure, always a win. The location is spot-on: just steps from the vibrant Piazza Santo Spirito with its great selection of bars and restaurants, and a short, scenic walk across the river into the historic heart of Florence. Polina was a great host, responsive, friendly, and helpful whenever we reached out. Highly recommend this apartment for a relaxed and well-located stay in Florence.

It is located right near the station, so it is easy to access on foot, whether it is the airport or the station. It is also close to the cathedral, and the top of the bell tower can be seen from the bedroom. The only thing that's a shame is that there is no elevator and the stairs are narrow on the 3rd floor (4th floor in Korea). If your luggage is large and heavy, it will be very difficult to check in and out... Other than that, the host was really kind and explained in detail, and all the facilities of the accommodation were clean and perfect.

This was an amazing apartment. Location was great, half a block from the Duomo. Thought the bell chimes would be problematic but the chimes stopped at night. Had very good AC units in various areas which came in handy since temps were 90+! I would only caution that the apartment is on the fourth floor with no elevator. I was a little worried about it seeing other people’s comments but well worth the stay. Climbing those stairs got me ready for the climb up to the Dome. I would stay here again.

Great central location, a few minutes walk from the central station and attractions. At the same time very quiet and private. Nearby is a small supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and larger than it looks in the photo. It has everything you need and even more. Decorated with taste and love. The process of check-in and check-out is very convenient. Laura, thank you for a wonderful time in Florence, we felt at home.
