Cozy guest house located in a strategic position, not far from the historic center and the main station, Santa Maria Novella, just 15 minutes on foot, and from the Fortezza da Basso exhibition center, just 5 minutes walking distance. The accommodation facility consists of 6 cozy rooms, which 4 with private bathroom and 2 with shared bathroom. At guests' disposal, a kitchenette with hob and microwave, pots and pans, coffee machine (for a fee). Free Wi-Fi connection in all rooms.

With this downtown accommodation, you and your family will be close to everything. A few steps from the central station of Florence “Santa Maria Novella”, just 6 minutes on foot. A few minutes walk also from the ‘Duomo’, ‘Ponte Vecchio’, ‘Piazza della Signoria’ with the museum of the ‘Uffizi’ and all the rest of the historic center. Less than a 5-minute walk away is also ‘Fortezza da Basso’, where the famous ‘Pitti’ fashion event and much more are hosted.

The Terrace

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.

Cozy nice cottage newly renovated with amazing panoramic view, in the heart of Tuscany. Few meters from the pool ( shared with other few guest) with private garden and patio. Inside you have a small kitchen and private parking. We are wine producers, if you are interested you can book a private tour in our cellar and winetasting after. We serve breakfast and dinner upon request.
