An unforgettable stay in the heart of Florence! Our time in Oltrarno was nothing short of magical, and this apartment was a huge part of that experience. The space is beautifully designed—bright, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with authentic Florentine charm. Every detail was considered, from the comfortable bed to the well-equipped kitchen and peaceful ambiance. The location couldn’t be better. Tucked away on a quiet street just across the Arno, we were steps from artisan shops, cozy cafés, local markets, and some of the best trattorias in the city. It was the perfect blend of local authenticity and easy access to all the major sights. We were met upon arrival and couldn’t have been more welcomed. Paolo patiently walked us through the apartment, which—like many things in Europe—works a little differently than we’re used to in America. His warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel instantly at home and set the tone for an amazing stay! We can’t wait to return!!!

Bryan en Marina hebben een waar groen paradijs gemaakt rondom deze fraaie oude boerderij. Naast Bryan en Marina zijn in het gebouw 2 appartementen opgenomen, benevens een derde appartement dat door anderen verhuurd wordt. De appartementen van Bryan en Marina zijn zeer smaakvol ingericht met een Engelse touch. Wij hebben daar heel veel van genoten. De mooie grote tuin en het terras wordt met elkaar gedeeld, voor het appartement is nog een klein eigen terras. De locatie ligt erg mooi en handig om de vele bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving te bezoeken. Wij vonden Bryan en Marina zeer hartelijk en we hebben veel leuke gesprekken met ze gevoerd. We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad.

We had an absolute perfect stay in Salverio and Lorenzo's flat. It was incredibly spacious - very unusual to have a 3 bedroom/3 bath flat to rent in such a highly sought after part of Firenze. The decor was a perfect blend of antiques and art mixed with contemporary furnishings. Having a washer/dryer was a fantastic addition. Our favorite part of the flat was the rooftop terrace at sunset. You feel like you are on top of all of Firenze looking across the buildings. The duomo view was breathtaking. It was magical and truly stunning. The location could not be more suitable for proximity to all of the sights and indulge in luxury shopping. Salverio and Lorenzo were so helpful and accommodating. We will most assuredly be back! Appartement très jolie, décoré avec goût et bien situé ! Lit très confortable! Salle de bain parfaite avec tout ce qu’il faut ! Si on se couche tôt le bruit des enfants dans le parc en face peu déranger! Les suggestions sont de restaurant sont aussi très appréciés! L’insonorisation du logement laisse à désirer mais normal car il s’agit d’un vieux bâtiment ! Merci pour tout Sylvia !

From the wall frescoes in the living room dating back to the 1700’s to the spacious bedrooms, a fully outfitted kitchen and two complete bathrooms, Elisabetta’s place has it all. The central location places it near all major tourist attractions in Firenze. It is a 10 minute walk from the central train station and less than 10 minutes to the Academia, Santa Maria Novella, Uffizi, Petti Palais and Boboli Gardens. There is a fantastic little coffeehouse right next door and a wine window two doors down. The apartment is situated in a really nice, lively area, with loads of restaurants, bars, pizzerias and , of course Gelateria. Elisabetta is a wonderful host and a fantastic communicator. We had tons of communication before our arrival to make it easy to navigate to the apartment. Check-in was a breeze, with a personal greeting and tour of the spacious and comfortable apartment. We loved Firenze and were so happy to have had such a great place to stay.

Great location. Everything was in walking distance. Gives a feel of living amongst the locals. The appartment was really clean and nicely decorated. There were also nice amenities that we did not expect. Very much recommend.😊⚘️👌

I cannot recommend Anna e Isabella’s beautiful home highly enough. The villa is set in a beautiful garden that makes you feel as though you are miles away from the hustle and bustle , but walk out the front gate and walk for less than ten minutes and you are right in the middle of the action. As hosts,both Anna and Isabella were so friendly and accomodating. They gave us a thorough induction and some helpful advice of the local area then left us to enjoy their amazing villa. We were a family group travelling with a very inquisitive three year old , she adored having the freedom to run in the garden after a day of enforced cultural activities, and especially enjoyed making friends with the resident cat. If I am fortunate enough to return to Florence I would definitely stay here again . Thank you Anna e Isabella for your hospitality and for sharing your beautiful space with us. Place is as seen in photos. Lovely surrounding and comfortable place with walkable landmarks all around. The stairs climb is worth the view. Isabella is always responsive.

Wunderbare Unterkunft, die unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen hat. Die Lage ist perfekt zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Toskana. Die Anlage ist liebevoll gestaltet und extrem gepflegt, die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Für Familien ein Traum, da es sich um ein großes, abgeschlossenes Gelände handelt, auf welchem die Kinder sich gefahrlos frei bewegen können. Es gibt sogar einige Spielgeräte und ein Trampolin. Auch der Pool war blitzsauber und ein echtes Highlight. Chiara war eine freundliche, bemühte und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Een aanrader voor diegene die Toscane willen voelen met de sfeer van Florence in de buurt. Een mini dorpje en heel privé, rustig met een prachtig uitzicht op de heuvels en Florence. De locale restaurants maken heerlijk eten en zijn echt gezellig. Paola en haar collega zijn enthousiast en verwelkomde ons heel hartelijk. Ik was zelf nu voor de 10e keer in Florence voor werk en altijd in de stad verbleven, dit was anders en heerlijk. De locatie zelf is heel mooi onderhouden, authentiek en zeer sfeervol. Well done! Mijn complimenten voor het geheel.

Die beste Unterkunft, die wir auf Airbnb je hatten. Alles war perfekt und sogar noch schöner als wir es schon auf den Fotos dachten. Eigentlich war geplant nur in der Unterkunft zu schlafen und tagsüber unterwegs zu sein. Es war aber so toll auf dem Anwesen, dass wir auch viel Zeit dort verbracht haben. Wir haben gegrillt und viel Zeit an dem Pool mit der wunderbaren Aussicht genossen. Da "wir" schwanger sind und den Wein, der uns von Stefano bereitgestellt wurde, nicht genießen konnten, haben wir andere Leckereien von Stefano bekommen - das ist überhaupt nicht selbstverständlich und wir haben uns so willkommen gefühlt. Es war einfach toll! Wir kommen dann mit Baby nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder! Auch mit Kindern, ein Traum!

Monica and Sandro are great hosts. We felt home right away. Their recommendations in the near area were all great. They know really great restaurants and places to buy olive oil nearby. And they always helped us when we needed some ideas on what to do or where to go. The home is on a calm hill in the middle of olive trees. We liked the place a lot. It was very hot during our stay so the pool helped to cool down during the daytime. We can fully recommend the place and enjoyed our two week stay. We will come back...

Das Ferienhaus und der Garten mit Pool ist wunderschön. Das Haus ist liebevoll im eingerichtet im Toskana Stil. Alles war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und haben in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen. Benedetta und ihr Vater sind sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die uns jederzeit unsere Fragen beantwortet haben und sehr gute Empfehlungen für Besichtigungen und Restaurants gegeben haben. Als unser Auto repariert werden musste ist der Vater mit uns in die Werkstatt gefahren und war bei der Übersetzung behilflich. Danke nochmals für die selbstlose Hilfe. Wir werden diesen schönen Urlaub immer als das kleine Paradies in Erinnerung behalten, das von sehr lieben Menschen geführt wird. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Anwesen, welches von zahlreichen Olivenbäumen umgeben ist. Alle waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben uns tolle Tipps zum Essengehen etc. gegeben. Abends haben wir immer direkt dort gegessen - einfach empfehlenswert. Sehr leckere regionale Küche. Wer es entspannt und ruhig möchte ist dort super aufgehoben. Wir haben es geliebt und uns total wohl gefühlt. Alles in allem super top, wir kommen gerne wieder :).

Rafaella's place was nothing short of amazing! We had such a great time her place had everything you could need and more. She and her husband were super responsive. My only wish is that I wish it was warmer so that we could have enjoyed their beautiful outdoor space more. They even gave our girls sweet easter eggs. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Marcello’s place felt serene and relaxing and our time here was just delightful. We absolutely loved the lemon garden we had all to ourselves, the grounds of the property are picturesque with a joyful companion of Tommy, Alina and Pistacchio. All is beautifully maintained and the apartment is elegant and cosy. We did appreciate proper mosquito nets, stable and fast internet for working, a proper dedicated workspace, sparkling clean apartment, great kitchen equipment, a garden table with a parasol offering plenty of shade, sun loungers by the swimming pool and a that the pool was kept very clean for us to be able to refresh in it during the hot days. Marcello is so friendly, warm and communicative. He spoilt us with his kind generosity and hospitality that you understand immediately why he is a super host, he really cares about his guests. Thank you so much dear Marcello for making our stay so enjoyable. We hope to be back one day.

We loved staying for the night and wish we had time to stay longer! The apartment is very central so a great location to be. Rosario was very responsive and let us through the door as soon as we arrived. He recommended lots to do and also some nearby lockers which came in useful when we left the next day.

Would rate higher than 5 stars if I could. One of the best Airbnbs we have stayed it. Very clean, comfortable and great location in Florence. Will be telling friends and family to stay at this Airbnb if they ever visit Florence.

Aida's place was wonderful! We loved everything about it. It's very spacious and decorated beautifully. The air-conditioning was fantastic to come home to after long days sightseeing in very warm weather. We highly recommend Aida's place for a "home away from home."

We enjoyed our stay in Florence and this apartment was perfect for us. It was in a convenient location to walk to all the main sites and restaurants. It was very hot, so we enjoyed the air conditioning. It had all the amenities as outlined in the description. We wish there was an umbrella on the roof top patio so we could have enjoyed it more, however, we did sit out for early morning coffee and a late night glass of wine. Tatiana met us on arrival and reserved our taxi to the airport. We would recommend this apartment and would stay again.

Camilla was very easy to communicate with and check-in/the accomodations were all as described. I had just a one night stay and got in later at night - she was very accomodating and it was the perfect place to spend a quick night in Florence. The building itself is beautiful and the location is perfect.

Great central location, a few minutes walk from the central station and attractions. At the same time very quiet and private. Nearby is a small supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and larger than it looks in the photo. It has everything you need and even more. Decorated with taste and love. The process of check-in and check-out is very convenient. Laura, thank you for a wonderful time in Florence, we felt at home.

It is a compact apartment. There is a small elevator that works well, but there’s still a flight of stairs to get up to the unit. Once you get up there, the view is amazing. The apartment lives much larger because of the terrace. We had some extremely hot days but the air conditioning worked great. Try the Dyson filter fan too, it really adds to the comfort. There’s a nice bakery/Café directly across the street with wonderful pastries for the morning and the market about a 10 minute walk away is wonderful for fresh fruits and salads.
