Lovely apartment close to nature, swimming and city

56 sqm modern, bright apartment for 2 adults and (max) 2 children. Fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, micro, etc. 65” SmartTv as well as fast internet (500/500 mBit). Large windows facing Gällstaö and Lake Mälaren. Parking for a car is available. Swimming and nature outside the door. Restaurants in walking distance. Our apartment is not in the city but about 35-45 minutes away, about 10-12 km from Stockholm City. Available for long-term rental, even if it is blocked on the calendar. Just send me a message just.

Modern new guesthouse from 2021 located in a brilliant south facing position right on the shore. The house has fully equipped kitchen, good wifi, a bathroom with washer/dryer, bedroom and loft. In direct connection there are two terraces and in front of the house a lawn from which you can dip your feet in Lake Mälaren. Parking is available and it is 250 m to the bus stop. The home is the last house on a quiet cul-de-sac. Perfect starting point for excursions such as Birka , Drottningsholm (10 km), Stockholm City (21 km)

Cabin with proximity to lake and forest and Stockholm

The forest is located just behind our house. You can walk to a lake that is 1 km from the house. It is a nice walk there next door and in the forests. You may also walk just over a mile through the woods to an open-air area called Flottsbro. If you want to go to Stockholm city, you can be there within 50 minutes by public transport. To the bus station Almvägen it is a 5-10 minute walk. The bus takes you to the commuter train. The commuter train from Tullinge station to Stockholm City takes 22 minutes.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. We rent a spacious, bright and fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment of 52sqm in our house from the 70's. The apartment has its own entrance and is completely renovated with fine modern materials. Welcome to our cottage with a unique location on the lake plot in cozy Gladö Kvarn. We are surrounded by big nature reserves, but only 10 min by car, 20 min by bus to Huddinge C. Large terrace with lake view. Private seating by the lake, access to rowboat. The house has living room, kitchen, sleeping loft, shower, washing machine. 500m to the bus that goes to Huddinge C and commuter train into Stockholm C, 15 minutes.
