Vacation rentals with a patio in Finland

We had a great time at Eija's place. It's as nice as the pictures suggest and a good starting place for exploring northern Finland. As a general tip, I'd recommend traveling by car, then you can easily reach several national parks and other sights in the area, as well as Rovaniemi. The area is calm, the frozen lake and snowy scenery make for a serene retreat. Eija was always quick to respond, helpful and friendly. Definitely recommended!

Clean and functional apartment in a beautiful location. The view of the lake was magnificent. The apartment was peaceful, I got a good rest. Good saunas in the sauna. The beds were comfortable, the bedding and towels were good and tidy. Outi answered all the questions very well. He's polite and friendly. Karstula's downtown services are quite close. Good parking for the car.

The apartment was neat and cozy, with beautiful surroundings. We appreciated the host’s thoughtful preparation of an extra mattress and a travel bed for our baby, which added to the comfort and convenience of our stay.

Beautiful and unique accommodation about 10 minutes' drive from Tampere city center. It felt like the pulse dropped a few beats when you stepped into this peaceful and lovely apartment. <3 Balcony and yard sauna brought a nice addition to the accommodation. Hanna gave clear instructions and responded quickly. I can highly recommend it and I will definitely come back myself!

This is a truly special place to stay. The house is beautiful, clean and very well-equipped. The views are absolutely stunning! You feel relaxed the moment you walk through the door. The location is very private and quiet. You almost don't want to leave the house because it's so nice, but there are also various fun things to do in the surrounding area, e.g. hiking in Teijo National Park. Communication with the hosts was easy and they provided clear instructions. Very highly recommended!

Suvi's property is ideal both for families or small groups of friends travelling together. The large and modern living room overlooking the woods is the highlight; we visited in the winter and wished the weather was poor to have an excuse and stay indoors. The property offers great privacy and sits in a tranquil side road with lots of space, though it's just a stone's throw from the lake and under five minutes from the nearest cafes, restaurants, the shopping centre and the other amenities. Suvi's been very responsive. Upon check-in we found the house beyond clean. Would love to return and definitely recommend.

The house is exceptional, beautiful and located right on the lake. The decor is natural, modern and with lots of wood; we felt very comfortable from the first moment. Note the very secluded location; the nearest shopping (supermarket) is about 15 minutes away by car. But with proper planning, that's not a problem either. We enjoyed the quiet idyllic location very much.

We had a lovely stay with our two children ages 1 and 3. Natalia went above and beyond with fresh flowers and groceries for breakfast, this was a really thoughtful touch to the stay. There were gates for the top and bottom of the stairs that gave us peace of mind with the children. The home is cozy and attractively decorated. The location is breathtaking right on the lake with an authentic sauna and barbecue hut available to use. We highly recommend this home and location if you're looking for a traditional private lake cabin. We really enjoyed the remote location, note that it is 20-30 minutes to Rovaniemi and as described, make sure to come with a vehicle that can drive on dirt and gravel roads.

We LOVED our stay at Ulf’s Airbnb. We felt right at home the minute we walked in. The home was pristine and with a beautiful view. We were greeted with Finnish snacks on the table, ( which were greatly appreciated from our long journey) , and enjoyed a warm sauna to sweat away the stress of the day. Ulf was so kind and friendly, responding immediately to any question or recommendation. If we are lucky enough to come back to Finland, this is where we will stay. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Krista's for 3 nights. We fell in love with his house. It aspires to calm, relaxation, tranquility. Car rental recommended). You will find a K Market a few minutes' drive away, which is perfect for shopping. It is located not far from Santa Claus Village. We had exchanges with Krista, who was always very responsive. In a nutshell, if you need to stay close to Rovaniemi and want a functional and typically Finnish house, we highly recommend it.

We had a superb time at Sirke place, we loved it so much, the view was not just beautiful but so calming, if you like nature you’d love it, it’s also very convenient and you’d get a glimpse of how locals live, it’s only a 3 min walk to a beautiful green island, it’s so easy to get to the metro, supermarket and it’s super clean, it’s such a dreamy retreat for us, and we love Suomi, it’s a beautiful country and city 💕💕💕🇫🇮

Its an amazing place with Very Big size Balcony! The Spa is truly a gem.

We had a wonderful stay at Anssi's apartment. It was very clean and well equipped and we enjoyed using the sauna. Anssi was very helpful with our questions before we arrived and even helped me by checking the apartment when I thought I had left a jumper behind after we left. It turned out that I hadn't left it behind anyway.
