Quiet : Not a through road, thick terrace walls for a good sleep. Kitchen come lounge with sofa bed and projector for entertainment. Your own bathroom. Kitchenette with convection microwave, kettle, fridge and toaster in large bedroom. ( If you may be offended by the sight of a motorbike in the hall please hesitate to book !!) A quaint and homely space with lots of natural light in a private and quiet area. This property is a 5 minute drive/20 minute walk to Singleton Hospital, Swansea University (Singleton Park Campus) and Swansea Bay Sports Park. It also has easy access to the town centre and the Gower. This is my primary residence that I list on here whilst I am away, therefore a second bedroom will be locked up for storage. There is also an allocated parking space to the side of the building.
