We are located minutes from downtown Snohomish, (home of Lamb and Co. from HGTV) and countless delightful boutique shops and restaurants along with several wedding venues.

The Tiny Tack House + 1 Car Parking Spot

Located in the city limits of Everett, Malissa and I built The Tiny Tack House back in 2011 and have enjoyed living tiny so much that we want to open up the opportunity for others to "Try on Tiny" before deciding to do it yourself. We are currently only doing short term rentals. Only stays between two and seven days will be approved at The Tiny Tack House. We have parking for one car. Friends and family may street park. This house was designed, built and lived in by us (140 sq ft).

Both the king bed and couch are extremely cozy, along with a beautiful bath that provides many toiletries and cushy towels. We offer a fully-stocked kitchen, free coffee, streaming WiFi, and more! Within walking distance to shops, restaurants, coffee spots, and I-5 is just minutes away.

It's a private guesthouse entirely separate from main house. Perfect for social distancing. Easy check in at anytime. Restaurants/businesses are within walking distance. This unit does not have a kitchen but will include a personal fridge and microwave. This space is perfect for those staying a few nights to a week. Same day/last minute bookings are accepted! Additional amenities may be included for those who choose to stay longer. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES!

Many attractions are within a 10 minute walk, including Mukilteo beach, the ferry terminal, the Sounder train to downtown Seattle or Mukilteo town.

Newly renovated upstairs apartment in a 1901 duplex. Kitchen equipped with large sink, under counter microwave, under counter Sub Zero fridge with ice maker, GE double oven, Nespresso coffee maker and granite counter tops. Bedroom: Sleep Number bed with memory foam, memory foam pillows, closet. Bathroom: newly tiled with claw foot tub/ shower. Living room: Flex steel leather couches and LG 65 inch OLED TV w/ Blue Ray/ DVD player.

Tiny House Heaven

Cute tiny house 5 minutes from Snohomish. Loft ladder is steep! Sits on family property of 6 acres. The bathroom comes equipped with all the amenities plus washer/dryer. Nice kitchen with fridge, stove and kitchenwares. We have 2 teenagers, 2 dogs and we run a custom cabinet shop on the property. Again…the loft ladder is STEEP…use at your own risk!! We take no responsibility for injuries during your stay.
