just a really great spot overall. lots to rave about including: • the location (tucked away, quiet, in the woods, central to various towns), • amenities (coffee supplies, fridge, microwave, parking spot, very comfy bed!), and • host communication (clear instructions, easy to get in, and they even provided me with outerwear when i stupidly forgot to bring something to wear over my dress to the wedding i was attending in the area! above and beyond!) the instructions were very clear but i want to mention that google maps took me slightly too far up the road and i turned into the wrong driveway by accident. it wasn’t an issue, just make sure that you can see multiple house numbers right off the road before you turn (which it says in the instructions, just reiterating).

Stellar communication and accommodations! Exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable, great kitchen! Location made it easy to get around.

So great. Allison let us check in a little early which was very helpful. I had trouble getting in (because I was at the wrong unit) but Allison was very helpful sending someone to let us in. The location was perfect for visiting downtown as well as our family who live in the area. We will probably be staying here again!

Great stay! Close to Everett downtown and the interstate. The host was very responsive and my family had no issues with our stay. Cute 100 year old home that has been updated!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Nancy & J's lake retreat. It's in a quiet and peaceful area, so a longer drive from stores but a worthwhile tradeoff. They were very welcoming of my dog Bacon. It had everything I could need for a month-plus stay, and even had fresh food and groceries waiting for me. Only had some minor questions or issues during the stay and the hosts were always super quick to respond to address. The unit is mostly underneath the main house and I dont like overhead footsteps but they were rarely home so didn't amount to any problems. One of the more affordable options with a monthly discount given the pricey area. Would def recommend their place and stay again, they are great people. (Pro tip to others: since the place is woodsy, expect to see some spiders and bugs!)

The place was great, Kris was excellent to work with and very flexible with us. Especially coming from the east coast and the time difference. Extremely clean and well kept. Easy commute great food and view. Would certainly stay again.

The farmhouse and property are gorgeous. Rick and Tori were super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. The house was very comfortable and we felt at home, comfortable beds, wonderful kitchen, etc. We had a small wedding on the property that turned out beautifully and even had a large family meal on the enclosed porch. Would highly recommend and we'll definitely be back. We can't say enough great things about our hosts and the house and property! Thank you so much for helping us have such a beautiful and memorable event!

I was so happy to experience all the thoughtful details in this space. I felt like a valued guest. Beyond the beautiful surrounds, inside and out,I was most impressed with the high quality and abundant extras he provided for my ease and comfort. Great stay! Host was responsive and clear about all instructions. Apt was clean and comfortable. About 5 minutes from downtown (plenty of shopping and good food within 5 minute drive). Also close to grocery store to get things to make if desired! Apt has full kitchen. Easy to cook in. All the dishes you need (pots, pans, plates, silverware, cups, etc). Filtered water in fridge. Bathroom fully stocked (hair dryer, cotton swabs, extra toilet paper, etc). Living room TV has Roku in guest mode so personal logins are auto cleared if you forget to log out (very convenient). AC and heaters work great! We were there in June but oddly warm (high 80’s). AC in the room cooled entire apt. There is also a portable fan in the apt which worked well for us! Extra linens for futon are easy to find. Parking was well lit (we arrived at 3 AM). Motion lights in covered parking were great. Well lit path from parking to apt. Felt very safe going to and from car. Great experience! Will stay here again!

The neighborhood was quiet and was easy to get around with walking. The rental was superb. It was easy to access and I always felt like I had plenty of privacy. Tracy responded quickly to an issue I had and got it fixed ASAP. I would gladly recommend this rental and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great location. Space is as advertised. Very clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay. When we arrived the host did have a gathering going on outside so that was a little awkward not knowing that was happening, but would still stay again!

This is our favorite spot in West Seattle. The views and location are perfect.

What a wonderful idyllic location! Loved checking out the birds and squirrels in the morning. A true paradise.

Excellent stay. Nice hosts. Their unit is modern and decorated well. I had a great stay. The location was perfect for my visits to friends and my golf outings. It's also convenient to many Seattle tourist sights as the freeways are nearby and easily accessible to many different areas in the Seattle Metro area.

Beautiful place! Its description was on point. Everything we needed was available for us to use. The location was perfect! We had quick drives to several wineries and breweries, as well as restaurants. If there's availability, don't hesitate...book it!

We had a fabulous stay at Max’s place. It was exactly as described. Place was cozy, clean and convenient! It was a great location within minutes of so many great attractions. Max was so attentive and friendly. The bed in bedroom was so comfortable. Hot tub and spike ball were a bonus for our kids. We loved our stay!

This is an absolutely fabulous place. It’s close to downtown North Bend where local eateries and shops reside. The house was on a fairly quiet street, was modern and clean, had a great deck and hot tub area and included a BBQ. It felt like a home away from home. Not only was the place great, Rick was too. He is very responsive, provides very detailed information, answered all questions, and the instructions were easy to follow. Thanks for the great stay! We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The location was great. The condo was very nice, everything we needed. Great restaurants and bars all in walking distance. Deana was always available. Definitely recommend this place!

Airbnb was in a great central walkable location. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Couple of handy good to know: exit main entrance go left, make left at corner, walk to next corner there is a good convenience store or make the left and 1/2 down the block is a bakery (Macarina) delicious for coffee or light breakfast/lunch. Room itself is basic in decor and furniture. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable and bathroom clean and worked well. The unit had everything we needed nice refrigerator, coffee maker and wash /dryer. The building itself had very nice amenities for a city apartment and security at the front desk. We never felt unsafe walking the area. We Had some of the best communication before and during the stay from the host that we have ever received.

We loved out stay at Ballart House. The location was perfect for outdoor activities in the area and for excursions into Seattle. We found super cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance from the house.

This house is incredible. The location is perfect, walking distance to many food and drink spots. There is an amazing coffee shop right on the corner. Sauna and soaking tub are relaxing. The house is clean and organized and has clear instructions. Hosts are helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend!

Gem of a spot. Jeff put a lot of thought into the design. Bathrooms got heated floors and double shower heads! Shout out Spencer for sharing!
